Teachers are amongst the lowest paid in the continent and therefore it is impacts the quality of teaching and trust me it is evident. Students resort to cheating through phones during tests because the teachers can’t communicate in a proper manner in some cases. I’ve met many who couldn’t finish the semester and decided to leave. There are many more reasons but those alone should be enough if you’re going for something like Medicine because the quality of teaching should be outstanding in that case.
