Does doing that also set up a similar store in Instagram, or is it more of a single meta store? If I set up a store as you describe, does Facebook charge us for having the store or for sales or both? @@WebSensePro I contacted Shopify regarding this issue they said the problem is occurring from Facebook side. So I deleted Fb account and created a new account, now it's working.

If you are using the Shopify APP you can Pause FB tag in GTM

You can use any of the method. If you are using GTM than its fine too
