    I completely understand your concern, sir. It would be extremely helpful if the sentences were explained in Hindi as well. This would make it much easier for students to understand the material. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

    Can you please make a video of how does a patent agent works and the wide range of working in any area .... what can that person use that certificate as in.

    • @AbhayPorwal
      @AbhayPorwal  ปีที่แล้ว

      Divya, Patent Agent usually works in either supporting role by helping the inventors/companies with technical assessment (with a view on patents' act) for harnessing inventions. Additionally, patent agent can work with law firms - taking care of every stage of a patent life cycle including litigations also.

      @@AbhayPorwal Sir, thankyou very much for reply. I am writing my Ph.D.thesis (life sciences) and will complete my Ph.D. in 2024. I am looking for better opportunities other than in academia and I came across an emerging field related to IP and patent analyst.
      What will you suggest for growth in this career. I am 32 years old.... serious to prepare for patent agent exam. Based on your experience, please share your views.

      @@nivedita-fz4yp becoming a patent agent is not a requirement for you to start your journey in the patent services domain. All you need is a great technical aptitude and analytical mindset. So, look for opportunities where you can apply your technical calibre in your domain in providing patent analytics services. A few product based companies in your domain may get benefitted from your technical skills as they manage their patent portfolio.

      @@AbhayPorwal Thankyou Sir... I have one more query, I have come across many candidates with Ph.D. ( from life sciences / chemistry/ etc) who have mentioned in their CV as a " qualified patent agent" . I would like to ask if this licence may have a big role in better job packages and in promotion in long run or I can only opt for pg diploma in intellectual property rights ( 1 year) or WIPO certification course. Nowadays, job market is also highly competitive in private sector and in govt sector, I hardly see any recruitment for IPR related. I am sorry , I have asked a very personal question related to my concern. Please share your thoughts if you find some free time .
      Regards

      Hello Sushila, what exam are you appearing for? The content on this channel - all the videos and the posts on community tab designed to present the patent act and use cases in the most easy to understand language. The videos follow a logical sequence - life cycle of an idea/application. I would urge you to read through patent act (bare act) once you have gone through videos. It will help you retain the knowledge.

      @@ketakighosh5824 that's an interesting question and a bit subjective.
