Here are some updates for you as well: 1, a new Tiktok account is not longer easy to get it's very first badge of followers or let's say viewers. It takes quite a bit of time and commitment to constantly posting videos in order to trigger the algorithm and boost your account traffic. time is money and it's quite draining to post everyday but not seeing result at first. 2, organic traffic seems unstable to me, it goes up and down like crazy at my point of view, which means the sales are unstable as well, and the entire business is solely rely on the platform, if one day you accidently step on a red line (which i did), they will reduce the traffic significantly. which is veeeery annoying as well, which also means one day you get some sales another day you get nothing. it's just mentally exhausted. Please keep up the good work, and let's stay tuned. Take care brother.

Well, my goal was to launch an art-based print-on-demand brand/ business and grow it organically. Starting out, I added partners because I was unable to devote the time I needed to (an art-inclined/business dude, and a guy that wanted to upload daily)...which meant I then needed an LLC, an operating agreement draft, and an EIN to start a business bank account (this is how I found out most LLC creation companies literally try scamming you and the IRS suckks, but I made it through doing most of it spending very minimally). Then, as I've been learning about the AI space for some time now, we decided to integrate AI into a part of our design process. Got that done, jumped through all the other legal hurdles, made our website, and started adding products to it, etc. (this took about a month solely because we couldn't start a business bank account without an EIN from the IRS). Then, there was sadly a period of slowness because of our college assignments, holiday traveling, etc. But then, about 2 weeks ago we started moving again. We started up all the social media accounts, fixed up some website SEO/layout, added even more variation to our site, started getting together planned meeting times/days, started figuring out different marketing strategies, figured out how taxes in an LLC work (finally lol), etc. At the beginning of those 2 weeks, progress was slow, but not worthless. Our views on social were bad: not terrible but not great, we weren't making any sales, and my school finals were literally hurting my ability to work on the business. Then, about 5 days ago, I see this Lensa AI trend pop up, so, I decided to immediately devote my hours, which would've been used for sleeping, to mapping out a plan to integrate this new trend/tech into what we already do. We held meeting after meeting discussing costs, solutions, etc. (this part was painful because of options like getting a coder, etc.), and just 2-3 days ago, launched a new branch on our website that includes a form with instructions that allows customers to convert their AI portraits/other art into physical canvas pieces, ready to ship directly to them in just a week. Then, in the last 3 days, I found out I was invited to return to an entrepreneurial competition I placed 4th in a year ago (might enter this business I guess), had a discussion with a business owner at my college that made 100k in sales in the last 12 months, talked to the son of a billionaire (yes you read that right, his Bugatti is blue), our youtube shorts views started going up by a few thousand on average, I re-optimized the custom AI to physical art form/page so it fully works, started trying guerilla marketing tactics, etc... Then, in the last 24 hours (exactly 1 month after setting up our bank account, and exactly 2 months after my initial comment)...1, 2, 3 sales from our custom AI to physical art form...finally giving me some hope that this really is possible. Thank you. No, I am no millionaire, and yes, the profit number is not high (especially among partners), but your videos, and my attraction to commenting on this one is honestly a big reason I decided to go all in, which resulted in plenty of new knowledge, connections, and hey, a few extra dollars. A product that is working most likely already has either a WOW factor or problem solving factor. It's the reason why I barely look at those two things nowadays.

Unlucky for me I had to stop investing into ads because of other financial priorities.. After a while just stopped completely but it's still something I might wanna try again. Pick up where I left..
