Fan Railer well im new to train simulator and ive usually used trainz and theirs no steam trains on this software and im not on the mood to pay for anything
The Delaware Railfan Productions All I'm going to say is that no money is required here. If you simply read the description and follow the instructions, you'd know that.
You're very welcome. I love this locomotive on this simulator... very reliable. Now if only I could learn how to increase tender capacity in this game...
Fan Railer I mean like if you put the locomotive on a completely straight track no gradients and ran it at full throttle without stopping it then that would be a proper speed test. Running the locomotive on a regular route with gradients and curves would prevent the locomotive from reaching its full potential. I estimate the top speed is around 120 to 128
Fan Railer if your aiming for realism then north east corridor is the right thing I guess. But if you want the actual full speed you can make your own test track and preform a speed test
Wow I wish I could see that fly by in person at 95 mph! Imagine all the wind and dust might beat a Amtrak from NYC to Chicago to
Dang, that hudson sure an kick up quite the speed
I love video!!!!!
This is why Thomas and friends made this streamlining engine to connor
I'm wishing for Class J 611 MSTS Conversion for TS2015. That would mean so much to me to drive it! Thank you for sharing!
CSX2057 I share this sentiment. Hopefully they develop a 611 DLC from scratch though. I'd like to have 611 with 844 quality hehe.
What type of whistle is that locomotive have it fits good with it
Man I wish I could had New York Central Steam engine I can’t find it on steam
Where do you get all these steam engines from and are they free?
does no one simply expand the description and read it anymore?

Dude. Do the same thing with the Mallard if you haven't already done it
supersimon126 I do not as of yet own the Mallard. I'll probably pick it up during the Steam Summer Sale.
By then i might pick up a lot of dlc. Cuz jeeez its not cheap
Mallard can only go 90. It went 126 for about 2 seconds before basically falling apart.
What whistle did they use?
I did one monster lash up one challenger one big boy engine and the j class engine
Hello
Hudsons did not have the Hancock Three Chime Long Bell Steamboat.
Oh well, To be honest it quite fits this , hell If i were to Buil a Very giant Heavy weight streamliner i would use that whistle for it
Is it me, or do the drivers look like they run off center?
They sort of do. I think it's an MSTS glitch that carried over.
Let me also say I am ever so happy to have a video on my favorite class of steam engine evah!

...? Google is your friend.
somepeople think this thing is rubbish because of the wheels because...thw wheels are whobblly and they say therre are rubbish and stupid
It's not a speed test if you stop it
you have no idea what you're talking about

Not saying it's faster then the mallard cuz the mallard could probably do 134 mph
That defeats the realism. There is NO test route ANYWHERE that has infinitely straight track with no gradients.

beats the ESE on speed and looks
