I am not favoring this son but this is not fair with kids who grew in foreign country they are so fimiliar with custom and in end of life parents who are old make plans to go back
second problem is why dont give the property to people who are the heir
thirdly when parents wants to go back kids already finish collage ,have job and to start from stratch is difficult
