He should be taken to hospital for initial screening, ct scan. Head injury is very serious thing . May be they were busy doing other child’s birthday celebrations. Priorities should be fixed. He should have rest in bed instead playing arround . Looks like very bad concussion case . 😢😢😢every thing will come out after postmortem. Parents need awareness training. Child care training.
