Hi Austin, Thanks for great content. Could you please make video, how you combine standard shopping/p-max(feed only) with search campaign and which keyword match type and bidding(would you use portfolio bidding) you use. Thanks in advance
great video, i am building my ecome shop for 3 months now, my PLA campaign started to make money now, tried to add a DSA to run along, but after a month of running it made 0 conversions, now i know why thanks to this vid, rather spend the money on PLA now
Man I can’t wait for your course to come out! Absolutely love your content. Are you covering conversion tracking in it or do you maybe know of a good source where I could learn more about the world of enhanced conversion tracking?
This is gold! very detailed and clear. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 I will definitely structure my campaigns the exact way you did. One question, what makes you consider dynamic search ads as advanced campaign? I think it’s easier to set up and optimise comparing to standard search campaign.
I wouldn't say it is advanced per say but some newer advertisers are a bit timid from using them since they don't understand how they work. Standard Search Ads are such a large part of the history of Google Ads it seems easier for people who are newer to grasp and just run Standard Search Ads. I could be incorrect in that thinking tho - just seems like that from my personal observation of consulting with newer Google advertisers.
Outstanding video, as usual. Thank you. I just started a shopping campaign 11 days ago for our product segment that's most searchable. Budget is $40/day and avg CPC is at $1.50. 3 purchases so far. Should I let it run as-is, or reduce budget to $30/day and put $10/day into everything else? Thanks in advance.
@@growmyadsI truly appreciate your guidance. The only change I made was changing bid strategy from Max Clicks to Manual CPC since this is my first campaign, and put the max bid slightly below what my average has been running ($1.30 vs $1.50). When I hit the 30/30 benchmark, I’ll switch to Max Conversions. Thank again.
If I have lots of historical data from an old store of mine from 5 years ago on an old ad account and am now running ads to a new store selling the same products on a new ad account, can I start with tCPA/tRoas? Or is it better to treat everything as new with manual CPC to start?
another question is does long tail key words normally for brand awareness campaign ? My long tail key words especially those “what” and “how” generated great CTR but no conversion. So I assume people are in the initial research phase normally don’t convert. But when I directly target one of our competitors our sale or even add to cart goes up. is that another thing to just target competitors do the trick ?
Targeting competitors can work but is tricky and I generally advice testing this later after you got other campaigns dialed in but here is a video I did on this topic: th-cam.com/video/pOOTCfoZqQI/w-d-xo.html
Hi what if I only have one product but different quantities? How do you count the conversion ? Let’s say we sell 100/200/300/400 quantities for same product , does each one counts as one conversion ?
Hi Austin, I have a question based on this great video.. I have an e-commerce gift store selling jewlery gifts that come with a message card and also personalized metal wall art as housewarming gifts..I am thinking about only running google shopping Ads for 20 products(10 jewellery + 10 metal wall art products) but I am confused how much daily budget should I set up this google shopping Ad campaigns for? As in do you decide daily budget on mean CPC per google keyword planner? If that the case then the average CPC for both my message card jewelry products and metal wall art product comes out to be $3 average so does this mean I should set up daily budget for google shopping campaign containing these 20 products to $60 per day ($20*3 CPC)? I would greatly appreciate your response, thanks!

In this case, treat this as a new account.

Yes since that is generally one unique purchase from one purchaser who just bought large quantities.

If average CPC is $3 then I would recommend $30 per day minimum campaign budget to start.

@Om-gg5tk did you figure this out? I'm curious myself.
Does this benchmark cpc come under only shopping ads ??
Yea

You can find it in our Skool group in classroom section under Free Resources.
When you say 10+ clicks per day, do you mean 10 clicks for the whole campaign or 10 clicks for each product within the campaign?

Can you do a video on how to run ads on Mobile apps?
The only time we see mobile app placements work is if you are advertising another mobile app. Otherwise big waste of money.
