    I have completed 2 years of college in high school and I had to figure out a lot of these things on my own. I really wish I had found this kind of video earlier. I will disagree with you about the timing of breaks though. I am one of the people who takes a break every half hour because I have ADHD and physically cannot focus or stay in the same place for more than that. I have to take a break every 25 -35 minutes, but when I do, it's only a 5 minute break and I set an alarm to go off after those 5 minutes so I have to get back to work. I have tried the every 2 hours thing, but I physically cannot stay productive like that. Everyone is different; you just have to find what works for you. I really do admire people who can stay focused for that long though.

      @@gracemiller5378 I completely understand and that is very true! I have had friends in both high school and college who have ADHD and they would take breaks every 30 mins max but would try their hardest to try to get as much work done before its break time! So yeah, whatever works for the person is what’s best for them! 🫶🏽🫶🏽
