Haha wow the beginning was thrilling! Love the seriousness and the roleplay. Especially at the 20 minute mark with the guy standing at the top of the stairs not moving. Instead of that feeling like an awkward AI moment, you turned it into a stand-off where you were convincing him to put his gun away. Freakin love it. Got me to subscribe!

Also, just a side note- GLid, have you ever considered making a workout video or some sort of video showing lifts and exercises you do? (Maybe things you learned in the marines, training, conditioning, etc.) You're built like a truck, mate.

That draw and dive during the initial firefight was the most badass thing I've seen in a while.
Holy shit, your reaction time is impeccable this this one. I'm glad you switched from teleporting to normal movement. Keeps you in the game much better. There were a few taken risks, here and there, but you had it under control. I had to hold my breath when you were in some of these rooms with multiple angles of attack. The rooftop was dicey, and the helo was no joke, but you handled yourself well in that one. That, and I'm glad you're a man of your word, doming our buddy Vask like you said you would. Getaway was clean, save for that one moment where one walked up on your six but even pinched, you executed the mission beautifully.
Though not gonna lie, you're casual chat can use some improvement. Keep being a badass. XD

@@GLIDGaming You should definitely play more VR games. The whole RP element adds a fun edge to already fun gameplay. It's fun to see the training pay off in a scenario with that much physicality to it. Ever thought about doing some other HL: Alyx maps or mods?

10:45 this part here is where I think the military background makes another huge difference. For anyone who played a VR shooter, depth perception and “sound image” (not sure if it is the correct term for games) intensify the immersion. Even under pressure, you can see that the discriminative stimuli are put to the test right here. From a 2D video, it doesn't seem that much of a difference, but again, VR is different. Moreover, he just learned that someone can surprise him at ANY SECOND and he has to discriminate this stimulus to make the call and not shoot a potential innocent.
I lost count of how many civvies I “killed” bc I failed to this in similar games lol.

Well played, reminded me a bit of the soldier of fortune games but with less gore, I think this game would be better with a bit more gore and death animations for different hits with different weapons but I think that about most shooting games, I am always finding faults and wanting more from games in certain areas sometimes I wanna be involved in the making of games so I can play a game I love to play for years to come and not find myself complaining to devs in forums and making suggestions on how I think they could do better, I think you could work on games with your training and experiance and with the right people could make some epic games with them.
