    Small biotech/pharma is challenging for someone relatively young in their career especially with a career transition. I wish I knew this information before. Great work.

    Great info, thank you! I could really relate to you talking about how you could and did everything and anything working in a smaller company as that’s been my experience in the last 7 years, which actually allowed me to experience RA and learn that it’s a good fit and something I enjoy. I’ve never worked in Pharma though, so I’m curious, for a PharmD with RA experience in managed care, would you recommend a small or big Pharma company? Thanks again!

    Quick question: If I have about 10 months of experience working as a CRC at an AMC under my belt, I'm not sure where I fit: at the "still inexperienced" or "some experience" parts of the spectrum. What do you think?

      Yes, you may need the CNPR (Certified National Pharmaceutical Rep) certification or similar training just to get you ready.
