I could really relate to you talking about how you could and did everything and anything working in a smaller company as that’s been my experience in the last 7 years, which actually allowed me to experience RA and learn that it’s a good fit and something I enjoy. I’ve never worked in Pharma though, so I’m curious, for a PharmD with RA experience in managed care, would you recommend a small or big Pharma company? Thanks again!

CMC stands for Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC)...you've got a typo
