I have said their is a spiritual significance around the Grand Canyon I was there with my son and grandson in 2017
I have been to the Grand Canyon and it is spectacular but I prefer Bryce and Zion canyons in Utah. The colors on the canyon walls are indescribable from moment to moment as the sun and clouds change. The western US has many wonders if you are planning a trip to the US I suggest the west.
I've planned a trip to Zion and Bryce in late February!
Try hiking Havasu falls. Best part of the Grand Canyon.
I understand what you mean. To me, Grand Canyon is so grand that I feel I enjoy it more when looking at it as a whole on the side. For Bryce and Zion, I enjoy them up close and deep in the trails.

When was this trip? I did over 25,000 miles on my bike all over the country since the start of the pandemic…. Would have loved to come across Sadhguru. Being on a bike has been a meditation for me since I was 7 years old

Rainbow Springs State Park in Dunnellon, FL hosts people from all over the world. It seems to hold an energy that brings amazement to the spirits of those who visit. We moved to Florida 18 yrs ago and buy a State Park Pass every year. The springs and parks are very native and also hold a history and spirit from the early native settlers. We have had several tribes in Florida in times past before the domination of the European settlers. You have to jump in and feel the energy and earthing in the 72° water. There are picnic areas. Grills. Lots of grass for people to play and relax on. Come and see for yourself Sadhguru.

"you are a ghost with a body... the moment you lose your body, everybody thinks you are a ghost" OMG this hit me so hard because I often have dreams where I am searching around in houses of my childhood and people who live there now run into me and sometimes see shadows of me. I stand really still and then get out of their vision... I have often wondered if in my non body dream state I was a ghost to them, and that it was not a dream after all.

Namaste Sadguru. I want to share my experience with my aum practice and isha meditation.
I started isha meditation practice since past 10 days. AUM chanting since past 5 days. First day I chanted for more than 108 times. Its gradually reducing to 21 times. I am not sure if I am doing right.
1. I feel very light in middle part of my body, not my head part. Is it normal?
2. Today 5 th day I felt something is holding my neck, I felt as if my whole body is divided into 2 parts one above neck and one below. What is this?
3. I feel very thirsty since I started AUM chanting. Is this normal?
4. I find some focus point most of the time betweenmy eyebrows, even when I am watching something, talking or listening to someone, even when I change sides during sleeping. Is this ok?
5. Is it advisable to listen and meditate to om chanting or to make sound and meditate?
6. Meditation has become like an addiction. I always feel like sitting quietly eyes closed.
7. I want to know if some additional kriya or practice I can do, to enhance these experiences.
8. I also feel some kind of small cloud above my head in the middle. As if something is hanging above my head.what is this? Are all these above experiences good?
