Recently discovered that 3 relatives of mine served in this war.
One was killed in heavy shelling during Passchendale, one drowned in the sinking of the RMS Leinster.
The other was artillery in The Somme. Caught Spanish flu and survived it, survived gas, survived the war. Died in early 50s from pneumonia.
My great-great grandfather was a tank pilot for the FEB

Actually, the trenches in ww1 where very quite, other then the occasionally artillery strikes now and then, and a sniper shooting to movement , both sides stayed in their trench to hold the lines. Only action that happend was when one of the sides went over the top try to take the other ones trench. That said most did not return after that..
Meanwhile just outside the tourist zone……
That abandonned tank we see looks nothing like anything 1st WW.

Hi, I narrate horror/creepypasta stories and been doing so for the last four years.I also recently started a 2nd channel, narrating sci-fi/intergalactic stories. Rather than using a static image for the video backdrop, I use creepy-ish ambient videos. Can I please use this and any others? In return I will give you credit and a link back each time I use any of them. As for any music that may be within, I don't use (I would mute) as I use my own, and ofc I don't always know what tracks may be included, so wouldn't want any strikes etc.

@@TheReaper_24 Well, depending what niche you want to do, depends where you get stories from. All you need is a decent mic, audio editor and a video editor.
I use a copy of adobe audition, but audacity is supposed to be a decent free one. For the video editor, I use the free copy of VSDC. It is sorta mid-range. Some are better than others, but it also depends on what type processor etc you are using.
