Be careful with wearing the lock on the toggle for extended periods of time - the bottom corners of the lock will come in contact with the leather and eventually create a dent or mark due to the constant rubbing. Nothing that the spa can’t fix but just be careful if you want to preserve the leather as best as possible.

Those bag are rare, money can’t buy everything hopefully. I think this method is making the moment more special because it’s harder to get it. This is the same with all the luxury brand, they made exclusive pieces, like the Louis Vuitton Petite Malle in pink crocodile (😻 masterpiece), in very small quantities and they offer them (for a bunch of money) as the reward of their fidelity. These pieces ares a really good investment if you take care of them and use them as piece of art.

To be honest I would have chosen the brown. This yellow will be such high maintenance, color transfer, etc... yellow bags gets dirty as easily as the white ones. Yes, you can send it to the spa, but some stains/marks won’t come off. The hardware seems rose gold which is very rare. Well, if you’re happy that is all the matters
i got the hermès herbag 39 in all black recently and i love it. its my second hermès bag and their craftsmanship and quality is insane :) i will for sure invest in a kelly 35 retourne in black or navy blue in the future ☺️

I mean, I get that they want to retain the exclusiveness of their products and their entire brand is marketed around it. But when you're literally about to spend 10-20k on a bag, then the least I would expect is to be able to see a few different models and not just get two bags presented out of which I then HAVE to chose one or I can't get one at all (especially considering the waiting period for the appointment). That seems ridiculous and pretentious to me and I personally would feel a bit exploited. Sorry for the rant haha, this is in no way criticism towards you or anyone shopping at Hermes.
