Beast Boy is still a possibility. First he doesn't have to be canon in the story. He can be from another universe or a hallucination like Joker. Just because he's dead in the comics doesn't mean the game has to follow, because they didn't. Joker is dead too, Starfire should be in the Phantom Zone, Atom and Black Manta should be dead too. Alternate universe Ollie. Many possibilities to defy death.
