- "EATING TWO CHALLENGES? ARE YOU CRAZY"? Today we take on a pile of delicious "burgers" (I would call them bbq sandwiches, but they do have a beef patty on it) loaded with pulled pork, sausage, smoked brisket pastrami, Nashville hot chicken, bacon, Texas Twinkies, cheese curds, beef patties and much more! This is the bucket burger challenge which features a big sandwich/burger, a pile of fries all served in a bucket, with a soda! However, no one had ever attempted to double the challenge.. until today. The prizes for completion include bbq sauce, a shirt, and a wall of fame! I love Texas-style bbq and finding good texas BBQ in Rochester MN at Smoak BBQ really was a treat! I think it depends where you live. Bc some ppl in different countries will say a chicken patty is a chicken burger..lol nooo that's a chicken patty sandwich! However Websters dictionary defines a burger as "two or more slices of bread or a split roll having filling in between..so by technical definition hot dogs 🌭& hamburgers 🍔 are a sandwich 🥪 😂

Being from Texas yes we have had TX twinkies of all kinds! My fav is summer sausage fried with cream cheese! My husband likes cream cheese and fried hb! Then wrap jalapeño in bacon! We have them all the time! Seldom with brisket because we like to just eat our brisket smoked and sliced! Some eat the peppers just with cream cheese and grated cheddar or pepper jack! We actually will just cook them in the air fryer if we are not smoking or grilling! We usually plan on 6 for men n 4 for women! We raise a garden n nothing like fresh home grown jalapeño twinkies! Always enjoy your videos and if you ever get a hankering for Texas Twinkies just pull out the air fryer! As always best of luck! We know you will succeed!

I love hearing you wax euphoric over Texas barbecue. One of my favorite episodes was when you went to the all-you-can-eat TX BBQ, where they had the giant beef ribs. I've never had it, but I can almost taste it from your description, and I know I'd love it.

Those grilled cheese need to be a little extra crispy and then you just need a side have of tomato soup to dunk them in. Literally my favorite meal ever.

Joel!. One of the only that could double down and win. I would agree with the terminology of a BBQ sandwich. A burger is buns with beef patty. You also have a patty melt, burger sandwich, Deli burger,chicken sandwich. Having almost all of that on one stack in a BBQ joint. Up to interpretation.

Id have to say a sandwich is technically cold...a burger is served hot...but there could be the argument that a rueben is served hot, philly as well...so...thats a toughy. Never been to Texas never been out of Indiana . I make mine at home with cheese burger with jalapeño with spicy chicken an bbq crispy bacon all on a toasted sandwich with dill pickle slices , onion , lettuce , tomato.

Absolutely love Rochester. Since I won’t go to Minneapolis. I never forgot the chaos that went down. Mayo Clinic is in Rochester which is amazing.

Down here in south central Texas we do twinkies in September and January a little different. You have to try one stuffed with a smoked dove breast and cream cheese wrapped in bacon! I know brisket is good but it's a hell of an experience!
