Thanks for watching. 😂you’re right a little awkward I’m new to video with people around like that or interviewing. I’ll tell ya though towards the end I was getting comfortable with it even my videos now It was weird videoing myself and talking to the camera now I kinda enjoy it. I think it’s just a skill you have to develop over time, you definitely I think developed the skill your interviewing and camera talk is really good.👍
@@George-pg2ii thank you i wish i got a lot more on video was rushing the last day and wasn’t planning on recording anything. Not sure if you ever went to a fabtech that was my first, it’s was definitely a fun experience 👍
Trying to hit 1000 subscribers by the end of the year I’m gonna do a giveaway if I reach the goal by 2025 please like and subscribe if you like the videos thanks. I explain and will also explain about the giveaway in new videos from here 👍 A month or so late one the video and not that much shown. I didn’t really think to make a video until the last day. Thanks for watching. Let me know if you went and what you liked the most👍
@@jasnapon I think I mentioned it in the video I was short on time and I see most of their products and new welders on instagram from people sponsored by Lincoln I was trying to see things I never seen yet. I’m sure that was a brand people would have liked to see I just didn’t have time to show everything this time. I will next time if I go through.👍 Fun fact : Lincoln electric makes or imports a lot of theirs welders and parts overseas now china Mexico I like their products but they’re not as American as they used to be 👍
Funny…, they call us weldors but you spent more time looking at and talking about abrasives. Just goes to show, “There ain’t much weldin’ in the weldin’ business”.
@@SFS13-01 you are right there I was rushing the last day to see everything I didn’t get a chance to see I wasn’t as interested in all the welders I see a lot of them online, I do wish I got to see more from everlast fronius and a couple others next time I guess. You are right though most of my work I build from start to finish cut grind weld and welding is probably 25-40 percent my work I’m a tool guy and like different tools the abrasives kinda interest me all the different types I guess I don’t get to see a lot of them. 👍
@@SFS13-01 could be a lot especially if you buy the good name brand abrasives like Pferd or 3m. Some things pay off to buy good quality and some the cheaper ones work I guess every job is different where it may require maybe a good grinding wheel or maybe just de burring parts and can get away with a cheap flap disc. One things for sure there’s definitely a ton of varieties out there 👍
@ Hess they are pretty good then? I never really tried them much from what I remember I got some free stuff I haven’t tried out yet from fabtech they definitely had some meat abrasives and they seem like they are always improving and growing too. I usually mix things up and try new things but if I find something I like I like to stick with them too. I’m gonna try some of my Norton stuff out see how they are
Everything is “awesome!”it’s Seigmund, imported by Quantum , from Germany. I’m surprised you don’t know most of these companies. Don’t believe everything Jason says and does. He tends to use equipment in ways it should never be used. 4” between center tables are for very heavy duty use and most people don’t need that. I’m not a fan of the Fireball 3/4” holes.
@@melgross thanks and appreciate your input I like fireball products mostly the squares and shims but I understand what you are mentioning and appreciate your feedback honestly I’m new to fixture tables I only built one this year the one I use in some of my videos and never got the chance before that to use any. I will say for me most of the things I do is light to medium work and we made a aluminum top mainly because we do a lot of stainless steel I like it. But I like the 5/8” holes or 16mm, and for me I like the 2” centers we were debating on doing 4” when building but the 2” for me I like working with smaller stuff and haven’t more clamp holes, but that being said we have minimal clamps and texturing tools where maybe if we had more and different kinds maybe 4” centers would be fine. That’s just my liking for the work I do but I can definitely picture and understand what you mentioned especially with heavy work seigmund or quantum definitely makes some nice tables and tools and their quality is nice and probably the top rated right now. Thanks for your feedback and for watching. I actually learned a bit from your comment respect your opinion and feedback. 👍
@@WojnarskiWeldingFabricaion if your going to work on a car chassis, or construct a two ton piece of machinery, the 28mm holes with the 1” hardened steel alloy top is great. Otherwise, it’s a waste and isn’t as versatile for smaller item placement. I don’t like the 3/4” ho,es for two reasons. First, inch size table holes are going away. It’s going metric. I have an imperial Seigmund table, but it has 16mm holes. We’re the only ones left that use inch holes. The main standards are 16mm and 28mm. There’s an intermediate 22mm hole size that Seigmund started a number of years ago and it’s becoming more common. He could have done that. But where else are 3.4” holes found? I have. No idea. So if a table is bought and he stops making them, or goes out of business, where do you find fixtures, and I don’t mean the crap that people make from cheap clamps.
@@melgross sounds like your have a good bit of experience with fixture tables I’m still somewhat new to them. But everything you said makes sense, and I understand where you are getting at with the 3/4” holes maybe the pattern is good maybe not but what you said makes sense right now there may not be a lot of other brand tooling for the 3/4” I like them and think they might be around in the future. But like you said too you never know and if something was to ever happen to the company and other companies don’t make the 3/4” holes then it might be hard like you said to get tooling. I know he makes tables in the 5/8 or 16mm holes too not sure on the bigger holes. Everything you said was good information thanks for taking the time to share 👍
Great video brother! I totally understand the hesitation to film. It's so awkward to film in public. I still am not comfortable doing it.
