      Back in the 80s (started going in 81) I used to sneak into the Cowboy games with my stepbrother and sit on the 50 yard line and drink pints of Southern Comfort! I was 13 back then. I did that all the way to 1987 and I never missed a home game. Most memorable times I have had in my life. I have seen some of the greatest players hit the turf in the old Texas Stadium. When they started tearing in down, I actually cried.

      49ers are the team that scored the most points in a super bowl.55 points in Super bowl 24 and Dallas Cowboys would of been that team with most points with 59 in this super bowl but dum fu** Leon Lett smoked it for them.We are now entering the 2023 season super bowl 58 and that record still hasn't been broke of 55 points.49ers are really the g.o.a.t. of football.The Cowboys wish they were the g.o.a.t. but they suck in the playoffs now a days.

    Even with the early blocked punt and the quick score for Buffalo, you could see that Dallas was just playing at a different speed. They didn't doubt it for a second. Next thing you know they get a pick at midfield, Norv Turner sends in a play on 3rd and 17 that they make look as easy as a 3rd and 1. Then Aikman just rifles it to Novacek for 6. Buffalo might as well hit the locker room at this point.

    Even Jimmy knew that once they got the turnovers the game was over. 9 in all, but the one that ended the game was the goalline stop in the second quarter. Where Ken Norton stopped Kenneth Davis at the 1 and then the interception on the next play. Then the Bills got the ball inside the 5 and got stuffed on 3rd and 1 by Charles Haley. Then the Cowboys scored on 2 back to back touchdowns by Michael Irvin one of them set up by a Thurman Thomas fumble. Once those 2 touchdowns happened, the game was over and the rout was on.

    • @quentincampbell612
      @quentincampbell612 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Despite that, the Bills only trailed by 14 going into the 4th qtr Bruce Smith caused Emmitt to fumble, Aikman recoverd,the Bills went 3 and out and it was after those things did the Cowboys score 21 more points to make it 52-17.

    On average since the 1960s every decade a dynasty team would win back-to-back SBs.
    1960s = GB, 1970s MD and PS, 1980s SF, 1990s DC and DB, 2004-2005 Pats last to do it.
    We're not seeing it anymore like the Bills 4 times in a row nor back-to-back wins. On average we're 7 years overdue on a back-to-back dynasty. We've seen it in other sports in modern years like NBA.

    Too bad Kelly got hurt...but he was just NOT a playoff QB, had horrible playoff stats (not just the SBs)...

    that was really a touchdown at the end. the nose of the ball had already broken the plane of the goal line when the ball got knocked out of leon letts hand

      I watched a few replays in slow motion. It is hard to tell from the angle, but it looks to me like Leon Lett lost control of the ball about 6 inches from the goal line. In one replay, Lett's left foot is about 1.5' (18") from the goal line when the ball starts to get knocked away. The back of the football is lined up with the front of Lett's left foot. A football is 11" long, so it would have to be about 6-7" away from the goal line.

      @@originalfred66 well from what saw the nose of the ball was right over the beginning of the goal line just before the ball got knocked out of his hand
