He is playing All Star as well. For some reason, The Show videos look like that to me as well. It could be the capture/processing that goes on that makes it look slower compared to when we are actually playing it.

Can someone give me tips on getting my first boss pack bc I want adley but I dont know how too get those cards

Just gotta keep grinding for them. The PXP will build the more you play. Sometimes i’ll go into Road to the Show and play as a 1B or an SP. You’ll get a good amount of 1B XP with fielding on, cuz of the putouts. SP on lower difficulties can get you a lot of XP with innings and Ks. You’ll also get XP for the Road to the Show tasks.
Usually each season, you’ll get 2-3 Season Boss Packs just by playing and gaining XP. So at the first pick, you can choose Adley. To collect all of them you’ll have to spin the XP wheel and wish for luck, or buy with Stubs

Correction.. i didnt realize that Adley was a Set 3 collection. I think doing Team Affinity or new programs like the June Monthly Awards would provide a good boost. That one’s all about collecting cards.
