Update! I did decide to add the second taiga! It's so valuable when combined with metalkabuterimon because it allows you to break their setup. Letting ukko punch over ukko feels sooo freaking good I kinda want to add at least 2 removal options to deal with RapidmonX, but we will see.
Shoutout to you! I got top 4 evo cup today with this deck. Some changes I had were: 2 Bokomons and Megakabuterimon Ace. Every single game I played was a close game.
Omg....this is exactly what I had in mind. I figured with the new support purple base is no longer needed. One of the decks I'm considering main decking for some time depending on results.
This seems like the strongest green hybrid build we can muster at the moment. I'm so excited to give it a shot! Tyrant feels like the boss monster this deck always deserved, but never got
There's definitely some advantages to this version, most notably the cheaper and more explosive Tyrant, on top of the added search/aggro flexibility with Ukkomon package. Downside being Tyrant will have a harder time getting a persistent high DP going into their turn, and overall fewer targets to free play with Tyrant. Taiga is great with Alliance since it lets you double dip by adding DP to the supporting stack as well. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing how this variant improves in BT17 with Willis, which solves the deck's persistent DP drawback and gives you another way to cheat a free evo. Then BT18 will have a whole new wave of Hybrid support incoming!
I am much of a newbie to the game but this looks like it can be really fun abusing Lopmon to give alliance to big bugs and having them crash security with high numbers. Makes the Wargreymon decks blush.

I think the Shiva will be important in the Magna X match up in more competitive environments.
Heaven’s Judgment isn’t a card you want to sleep on.
Also VS Imperial and their giga death. I played JP meta with co-workers from there and oh boy, shiva at 2 vs Imperial feels almost mandatory.
@@abrahammunguia6536 thanks for the heads up!

You got me to buy green hybrid stuff.
Love this!!! I wanted to try insects but didn’t want to pay for the Tentomon 😂
Well this seems like the perfect solution to your problem! 😁 Lemme know what changes you make, I'm curious to get other players input on this! 😁
