I prefer photoshop over illustrator. If you are like me, just make sure to oversize your canvas for your medium of choice so that you will retain quality when sizing down.

I think the thing about good artist create but great artist steal is that a good artist can create a good font with might look good on someone else message. What great artist do is to curate the best of both and create a new one.

I'm a newbie with illustrator and like how yours is set up compared to mines. You don't have things all over the place. It's very clean and simple and has all of your tools right there. Tech packs are for sending to your manufacturer so that is has the exact specs and measurements of your product for production. Mock ups are to showcase your product to the customer.

You’d probably have to search for someone who sells no minimum transfers, but they will typically be a dtf transfer which is slightly different.

How do you know the size of the image is going to fit well on the shirt.
Once you create it in vector format, there is no loss in quality, so you size it to the dimensions that you need when it’s time to prep it for print.
