I love the design. My question is how are you handling the texture on export. When I export using a grunge texture I end up with a square the size of the canvas ( that I can’t see until I make the background transparent. There is no masking option So how did you print the shirt and. Not get all the extra texture a round the image. Thanks

I also like how they have "mock up" models to use in selling your product if you sell on Etsy. Do you stick to one parameter set for your POD shops or do they each require different parameters? this is insane! I love the texture feature and from my understanding any paid plan you can use everything commercial! insane, licensing is a big pain in the butt. Thanks for the review! maybe going to have to put canva on the back burner now. even with canva, some of the pro features are still protected so you have to check each graphic.
Hi, do you recommend their Expert level? It says it has premium designs compared to the Pro plan. I was wondering if you’ve found that the expert has better graphics. Thanks

Question: Why would a tshirt designer save their file as an SVG instead of a PNG? This is a sincere question....I thought SVG's were for vinyl cutters and similar....so the machines cutting head can follow the outlines properly.
I use vectors in many of my designs. All of Kittl is vector. T shirt design is well suited for vector images. Other projects such as wedding invitations I use mainly raster with Photoshop and Illustrator. I download PDF and SVG from Kittl and convert to Illustrator. I can make small changes with Adobe Illustrator if I need to later. All of my saved vector files in my own design libraries are Illustrator. The major POD I sell on accepts Illustrator files. Also I can easily change Illustrator files into PNG for other POD sites.
I love love love the tool... I have PLAID with it. I wanted to sign up but ONE BIG REASON I CAN'T... THEY INCLUDE ALL YOUR DESIGNS IN THEIR CIMMUNITY. SO EVERYONE GETS TO SEE AND USE YOUR DESIGN AS THEIR OWN. I DON'T LIKE THAT. I ALREADY HAVE PEOPLE STEELING MY DESIGNS ON REDBUBBLE DON'T NEED THEM TAKING MY DESIGN HERE TOO. ITS SAD BECAUSE IF THIS WAS NOT PART OF THEIR SERVICE I WOULD 100% JOIN.
@@CharleyPangus I did not think you could make your profile private. I looked at that but then when I watched the developer video he did not say you could do that.
@@CharleyPangus Hey there, when you make something, it's not immediately published. All designs you make are private unless you decide to go to the share feature and then publish it to the community.
Hey there not to worry! Everything you design will be 100% private. It will only be part of the community if you decide to go and share it to the community via the Share Features button. So if you never publish a design, it will always remain private and only visible to you. :) Cheers!

The link led me to the free version. Spent some time and made a very cool design but could not save it at 300dpi.

How can you make a design for the back of a shirt on Kittl? Do you just print normally
at the moment you can't print on the back just the front ,they say they working on to be able to print on the back of the tees .

Do T-shirt printers have any problems with more complex designs (photoreal or close, fine etched lines, etc,)?
Yeah there are some limitations with more complicated designs that have fine detail. Most of the issues can be resolved.

You can just design it, download it then delete it or make your profile private

Just FYI you can't download at 300 DPI with the free trial - you have to have a pro account for that.
