D block phase I citi housing Multan ka possession kab tak mil raha hy ?
Royal orchard is charging Rs. 42000/- possession charges for 5 marla & they r providing mepco electricity, water connection and filtration plant. Citi has no such proper facilities but they r charging Rs. 147500/- which is so much excessive and unfair.
Members n dealers should raise voice over this

At the time of 5Marla plot purchase in Jinnah Block (E) Mr. Rana Mujahid (CITI Housing Sales & Marketing) told me that, possession charges will be 40-50K( max).
If society is charging excessive amount, its not fair and it should have to be opposed.

Citi Houseing Has Not provided Proper Facilities and possessions Charges Rs.147500/= While Royal Orchard is provided Mepco Electricity , Water supply, Filtration Plant & They r Charging Possessions Fee only Rs.42000 /= possessions Charges Of Citi Houseing is Much Excessive & unfair And not he told at The time of Booking. Members n Dealers R Requested to Raise Voice Over This. If They r Not Revises Possessions Charges Citi housing Phase 2 is Fail.
