    I am agree with ur opinion ( i booked a plot on instalment in SA Garden Phase 2 )
    They Charge 100000 from me and offer Non-Development-Charges file.
    Due to some reason i was not able to pay installment for 3 months.
    They cancelled my plot.
    and said we only give u plot if you are agree to NILL/Void Your non-development-charges file to normal file.
    where 50 thousands Per Marla Will Be Charge as Development Charges.
    So i lost my 1 Lac Own.
    Now i have to pay Development Charges around 2.5 Lacs
    Total LOSS: 3.5 LACS

    Location one is so true. Again issue is the same there is no accountability! If you do the math most of the time end user is the one who suffer!!
    Most people who got rich from this property business is the property dealers and this Mafia.. rarely end user make some money and again if so the calculation it’s just that inflation money…
    One more let’s say open up the point which this gentleman mention is getting the plot is very bad location in terms of land type. Like end user have waste so much money with structure. Like excessive iron in base on house…
    ROI is very less in most cases in this area for common people. Why everyone rush in to this is because most of us are too lazy and we just through our money in this sector with false hope..

    Invested in park view Lahore and they cancelled my plots after collecting 80% of the value, 10 years of stress coz they couldn’t deliver the blocks they promised, on top they want us to buy or invest in their new projects. I don’t understand when Pakistan is gonna get out of these mafias. Feels like it’s a shit hole to invest.

    It's always beneficial to book plot on instalments. Only thing required is to be wise and go with credible names.
    You book your right at some premium price above current prices in that area, again it's always beneficial with Brand names, personally observed historical prices appreciation of Lake City, DHA (M/B/G/Q), Lahore Smart City.
    One may observe the historical prices of Lake City, DHAs and Credible Societies booking and Current prices.. indeed it's the best source of savings too...
    Respectfully, disagree with the post...only thing required is to be Prudent before proceeding to book.

      See past 10 years, price History of these projects and their current prices.
