Worked like a champ on my Galaxy Tab 7 plus tablet. I was about to throw it through a window until I saw your video. The Galaxy Store was slightly different than your example but close enough that it wasn't hard to figure out, and yes those show ads toggles were on. I have several Galaxy devices so I'll be going through every one of them to make sure it's turned off. The ads just started popping up tonight while using an offline app.
I recently did a complete factory restore because I just wanted My Phone back without all the crap that has accumulated over the years. Then I noticed that I was getting ads from my apps, this tutorial helped me turn almost all of these ads off. Thanks!
If this isn't working.. You may have installed adware app.. it can be without name so you need to go in settings > app's management > look out for without name app > click and delete storage then uninstall it.. And for more protection install antivirus

Was experiencing the same thing until.i went to my downloaded apps and deleted all the 1s I didn't know and didn't use. Then switch off my phone and then on again and tje ads stopped. Truly thank God for that
I checked and mine was of but it might have just bean an app so I deleted it. When u got the add I checked to see which app it was by going to close it and it was a certain app so I deleted the app and it worked fine I have not got one since
