Glad that you liked this video. I used PCO + Heart on 2nd because I know that using that setup on 2nd PC is 100%, however, using PCO + heart on other pc numbers will not guarantee a 100%. I hate self promoting but you could check out the links below in my "10 Perfect Clear Guide for Tetris Beginners" video. Those links provide really good resources and information to setups in different PC numbers. Good luck on getting your 10 PC badge!!
A PC Loop, basically every 7 4-line PCs, it goes back to the same bag structure. Consider checking out information about PC Looping or ask the pros in the PC Gang discord server!
A bad queue generally is when you have early TLJ, we want to try avoiding using T in our setup since the next pieces will not guarantee another T. The T piece is a very flexible piece, it gives more solving opportunities and will increase solve chance due to parity. This is why we generally don't want to waste the T piece in our setup, and this is also the reason why PCO is bad (61ish%) In this video I remember I built box, which is 90~%, the solve chance is way higher than pco and that's why I made that setup.
