Glad that you liked this video. I used PCO + Heart on 2nd because I know that using that setup on 2nd PC is 100%, however, using PCO + heart on other pc numbers will not guarantee a 100%. I hate self promoting but you could check out the links below in my "10 Perfect Clear Guide for Tetris Beginners" video. A bad queue generally is when you have early TLJ, we want to try avoiding using T in our setup since the next pieces will not guarantee another T. The T piece is a very flexible piece, it gives more solving opportunities and will increase solve chance due to parity. This is why we generally don't want to waste the T piece in our setup, and this is also the reason why PCO is bad (61ish%) In this video I remember I built box, which is 90~%, the solve chance is way higher than pco and that's why I made that setup.
A PC Loop, basically every 7 4-line PCs, it goes back to the same bag structure. Consider checking out information about PC Looping or ask the pros in the PC Gang discord server!
