I had a bad break up before, he cheated on me and he broke up with me because he chose another girl. During our relationship I realized na mas mahal ko sya kesa sa mas mahal nya ako,. It took me 2 years to move on. I thought he was the right one for me, pero WRONG ONE pala. Now I finally found the RIGHT ONE for me, we are turning 5 years in May and getting married next year. Now I can finally say that this man is the ONE for me. Lesson : God sent us the wrong one, so we marry the right one for us.

Sa break up it really helps as well yung discovering a new rhythm or pattern ng life. If dati sanay ka na every morning nag gogood morning ka sa ex mo, pwede mong gawin yun sa family members mo or sa friends mo Ate :) then it really helps din ung you regroup yourself or pasok ka sa new circle of friends na hindi mag reremind sayo of your ex. This really helped me a lot in my movin on process.

Sa break up it really helps as well yung discovering a new rhythm or pattern ng life. If dati sanay ka na every morning nag gogood morning ka sa ex mo, pwede mong gawin yun sa family members mo or sa friends mo Ate :) then it really helps din ung you regroup yourself or pasok ka sa new circle of friends na hindi mag reremind sayo of your ex. This really helped me a lot in my movin on process.
