Laurence you were absolutely spot on! This whole racism campaign is now going too far. I see people as people and I like them or dislike no matter what colour they are. I didn’t look at Bushra and think she’s black nor did I think that about Megan. However I have got to say that particularly do not like Megan anymore for the lies and her divisive marketing tactics. I think this black woman who went to the palace did so deliberately to make allegations of racism against our Royal family. Katie Hopkins did a great blog and and think that Katie uncovered the real reason why these allegations have been made and it “sucks”.

what is the point of having a name badge if you can't see it you have to think of security at the Palace,
I believe ngozi was deliberately there to be baiting racism.
I do believe that the king and Prince william should have stood by lady hussey,
Instead they stabbed her in the back and went the popularity vote that is not what our dear late Queen would have wanted of her Lady in waiting with 60 years of loyal service,
shame on Charles and William I do not believe she should have to apologise.

It would be as if an American showed up wearing a cowboy hat, an Aloha shirt, basketball shorts, ice skating ⛸ shoes, a Tutu, a designer purse and being offended if someone asked ‘Where the F are you from?’. He's correct he's White so that's coloured. How many White's get people sacked for asking where they came From. I had a conversation with a Gypsy who lives in this country, he did some gardening work for me. Part of the conversation was this; I asked him in reference to his Irish accent, that's a nice accent where does that originate? He explained his family came to Britain from Southern Ireland. He was not fazed and neither was I. At no point did any reference to racism rear it's ugly head. But then we are both White, say no more.

Racism should never be the victim being offended but the intent of the offender. People of low intellect or mental health can be offended by the slightedt thing doesnt mean we should tread on tip toes in case. Example, some folkscaee offended by a mess but does that mean we have to chop down all the cherry trees to stop blossom falling on the pavements in spring and offending one in a million.

The accuser changed her name from an English one to an African one, dressed in faux leopard skin, with a tooth style necklace, and then wonders why people ask where she is from. Still she can always blame it on racism. I would be more conserned about an unnecessary attack on an 83 year old causing distress to her. It seems like the whole event was contrived to me.

    • @moreau1755

Additionally, when she was asked where she was from, she could have answered simply "I'm British but my parents came from Barbados." A simple response that would have ended that line of questioning. Instead she answered with deliberate evasions designed to make Lady Hussey think she'd misunderstood the question and so repeat it. Seriously, when someone asks "where are you from?", who answers with the name of the company they work for, and then when told "no, I mean where do YOU come from?" responds with where the company's offices are?

The lady wasn't being racist she was being polite. Just because a person 'feels' offended doesn't mean that someone is actually 'offending' them. I didn't know that Megan Markle was anything other than a pretty little actress who married a prince. Didn't know anything about her race. I would like to suggest that we should just ignore these people but I fear that we can't, news outlets know that this nonsense sells.
