i really dont get why people even rate or judge a frag by the opening. Like it doesnt make sense. It's not what you're gonna be wearing the entire day. Rate/judge it by the dry-down, ALWAYS.
It’s literally paragon exactly but with a slightly sweeter opening. Once you let it mature, the sweetness in the opening settles down and the fragrance becomes 1:1 with paragon.
cant believe asad got so much love.. yes it is close to elixir in some aspects, but adds very prominent note of amber, powderiness... which makes it unbearable for me..
From my own experience of owning some of these... Asad: 5/10 (too black peppery) Fahkar Black: 7/10 (great gym scent but lacks longevity) Khamrah (not the one you got though): 8/10 (wow smells like Christmas. Beastly performance) Afnan 9PM: 8/10 (sexy, sweet. Great going out fragrance. Good performance)
@yacinebateya2788 Middle East. Most if not all of the fragrances from this region will require a period of time to "mature". Usually by spraying a number of times, around 10 most people do, then put it back in their box and store in a cool dark room. This might be a two week process but can take up to six months, sometimes even more. This is what ibhave learned from others.
I hope so because I juste got The Tux (renamed Winsome) and I don't like it right now. Smells like baby cream, a kind of androgynous floral version of Terre d'Hermès to my nose.🤨
Great content young bro. I also have Asad and it is a great alternative to Dior Elixir but it tends to take on a bit of a burned wood scent in the dry down. That being said, I do enjoy it overall and you can't go wrong with it at about 25-30 dollars.
I don't find Lattafa Asad that similar to Dior Sauvage Elixir, Maahir Legacy's bottle design is insane and Khamrah Qahwa best Lattafa fragrance in my opinion. Great video ❤
i defo agree about khamrah qahwa, i sprayed it on and smelt it over 24h later (usually they die off after like 2h for me 😭 i must have a terrible skin chemistry) and the scent profile is just 😩
Remember if you get these middle eastern clones be sure to let them steep and macerate for up to a couple months after purchasing, don’t do what he’s doing and judge the scent of a fragrance strait out of the box! Try and sample before you buy aswell!
@@peanutbutter6165True, but it’s not the most reasonable expectation to have when the fragrances are so cheap. They’re working with far smaller margins than designer houses, and need to sell at volume to stay afloat, which means they after often sold almost immediately after production. They don’t have the means to let all of their new perfume sit in storage for months at a time like designer houses. If this was a truly viable option business wise, then they would be doing it. It’s unfortunate, but it’s a fair compromise for the price, and end product.
Lattafa and fragrance world are prob the best two cheapie houses, then maybe Afnan and Alharamain then Emir. Legacy is more of a spicy, heavier minty take on Sedley. Sedley is more citric, effervescent, watery and better quality.
@ Armaf is good too but in terms of quality to price ratio overall they don’t cut it imo. Their good stuff is top tier but they also have a lot of misses
Khamrah was beautiful when I first sprayed it when it arrived today and my brother and sister agreed - he even offered to buy it off me. But after the dry down all I could smell was synthetic metal. It goes from apple pie to this weird metal smell, is that just me? Does this go away if I leave it?
Let the tabacco vanille clone macerate. I have the og tf TV and the Alhambra tabacco touch they are 95% identical. The Amber oud tabacco edition is 1:1. Just an fyi. If you haven't try Amber oud tabacco edition and try eternal touch again after some time. That is of course Alhambra didn't change the formula and only changed the bottle. Great video thank!
Great Video, and good information, you are definitely on your way to the big time, my friend. Hey just a quick side note, I'm sure you get a lot of people telling you to try stuff but I just wanted t suggest a couple that I like and you seem to have similar taste. Anything by Jesus del Pozo(Halloween MAN Line, X is the best one but they are all good), An amazing Super Cheapie, is Sapil- Bound, it's only 16.99 USD, but it doesn't smell like it. it smells extremely similar to Armani Code Profumo the OG. i'm not joking either it's fantastic i'm on my 4th bottle in 2 years. Also, Lattafa - Ramz Silver smells like JPG LaMale, same quality as 9pm, Also all of the Armaf Odyssey Line is fantastic, the black bottle Odyssey Homme Black is a clone twist on TF noir, and I think JPG but not sure, its fantastic though, and I love it. But, I digress, just a couple suggestions I thought you might like. Oh also, I know youre a PDM fan so MAison Alhambra(lattafa-spinoff) Galatea(PDM Godolphin), and Hercules(Herod) are both super close!

If you love Y EDP, do not get Fakhar because you will just be seriously disappointed. Fakhar does have the sweetness of Y EDP albeit at a fresher, less dense take. However, the longevity sucks and the drydown just doesn't hit the way Y EDP does as someone who loves Y EDP for its drydown.
9pm is very like bubblegum smelling with hints of masculine, kamrah is quite a unisex spicy vanilla fragrence. Kamrah better for standing our on a cold day and is the best for Christmas, but 9pm better for the evening and going out, but I think is wearable in the evening all year round which kamrah isnt
