Intention is important in Islam. The first 3 people to enter hell will be people who did good things but had the wrong intentions 1 -wealthy man who gave a lot to charity but his intention was to seem humble and good to others so he received that for his actions in life 2. Smart man who teaches quran to everyone, he did it so people could see him as smart so he received that in the world 3. A fighter who fought for people but his intention was he wanted everyone to see him as brave and strong
When Muslims say to each other " peace be with you or upon you " , they pray God to bestow peace on them so they , their life and everything related to them are safe and secure , which implies everyone is peaceful to the other , so no harm is or will be caused. Meanwhile , we all know , I suppose , that Jesus (PBUH) used to practice this greeting as well (mentioned in the NT). Peace !
Qur'an verses come to mind all the time during daily life I think its always dependant on the situation. For example if someone is clearly being deceptive but is arrogant enough to think that they are succeeding in deceiving you and a vers like "they think to decieve Allah and those who believe but they deceive only themselves yet they perceive it not" might enter your mind.....its awsome :)
I liked your video :) and here is my two cents about the "evil" veil and the "oppression" of coverage, since this is such a common thing used against Islam. The verses the talk about the veil are actually beautiful and provide "women empowerment" but not in the way that the "feminist" want it. Firstly, the more you dress, the more you emphasize in your knowledge and brain, rather than your curves and shapes. Secondly, if women are modest, then men will have less chances of finding random women "more attractive" than their wives, because now the only woman that he truly see is his wife (the same applies to men too, but it is more common and evident with women). Thirdly, it makes an additional barrier to stopping both men and women from committing adultery, fornication, prostitution ..etc. Fourthly, it reduces the insane peer pressure of looking pretty and satisfying the impossibly increasing beauty standards, so no more of spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on surgery, makeup, or suggestive clothing. Fifthly, if veil is such an outrageous 'barbaric' thing, then why almost all the paintings of Mary show that she is wearing a "hijab" and why do nuns wear "hijab"
@@samawathe because, I see that Allah subahannallah wataallah is most merciful, able to guide anyone ,its through his mercy that we are now Muslim. Am happy that am Muslim what if I was not , I will be in loss

Temptation is an inertial pull of limited states of consciousness, a self created barrier, resisting the upward reach of man's & woman's higher aspirations. The wages of sin is death. This is the sin of wrong thinking------- of thinking in terms of separation from The Creator, of failing to embrace The Allness of Creator in thought & faith. Most important of all itis the sin of not knowing your divinity. All this seems to be the cause of the ills to which the "flesh" is heir. Evil is not a power. There is on;y One Power & it is Wholly Good.If our perception of the potential goodness of life has been obscured by our fears, cynicism & negative habits of thought, then the whole body of life's experiences will reflect that concealment of goodness. Peace to us all.'

Our hyper sexuality is our biggest tribulation. Its the cause of most of our dishonesty & sin.
Then it defiles our souls. Controlling it is a glorious Jihad, b/its the biggest key to becoming masters of ourselves. It harder for ppl w/excess hormones, i think that is why God permitted polygamy & surrounded it w/restrictions & responsibilities, yet in the end he says: "If you want to please me, then one".
This Jihad of the self is probably our biggest teacher on the path to maturity & this weakness is a test placed intentionally w/in us. If you are blessed to be given victory over it, then look back, ponder your past behavior & discern the original drivers & the method by which they defile us. It will reveal for us the wisdom behind the rules of early marriage & the permissibility, yet shunning of divorce. The disease & the cure are a reoccurring struggle for the human. Hence, don't hate the test rather rejoice in it as it causes you to mature.
