Eidos 9 was certainly worth the grind ( meeting Lily's data collection requirements). Such a worthwhile excursion, visually and sonically memorable, and very fun to explore. What a game.
Grind? The ending you get when you don't meet Lily's data collection is the hardest to get because you gotta practically blast through the game and ignore everything. Even with that, the data collection was at 70% for me before going to the Spire.
It blew my mind when I found out that this whole area was optional. Its such an amazing portion of the game so knowing you can just totally miss it if you dont do side content is crazy to me
I was literally just doing whatever quest pops up and didnt even notice the Lily meter was filling. All of a sudden i got the decision to go to Eidos 9 as i progress. And when i did i suddenly had Nier: Automata carnival vibes from this stage. And later on somehow got the ending where Lily doesnt die. And for the record, that was my first playthrough.
This and the battle version remind me of FFVII Remake “The Day Midgar Stood Still/Fires of Resistance”. Eidos 9 also gives a similar vibe as the plate climb from Remake
I didn't even know this was a secret location i like to play all side missions and find all collectibles in games so i got here just thinking it wasnt a "secret" 😭 but its phenomenal
Is Star Descent getting copyrighted? It seems it's been deleted from other channels too. Thanks for all the work, man. It's going to be a long wait until the OST releases. Also, is it possible to upload all the ripped tracks to Mega or is it too risky? Other channells have done it before with other OSTs and are still alive, but I guess it's not worth risking the channel.

Such a visually beautiful location accompanied with the soothing music makes this area my favorite.
This place was essentially the “NieR Amusement Park” of Stellar Blade.

OST of the year easily for me! I just got to this part of the game yesterday and had to hold back tears in regards to the beauty of this melody.
