Welcome back! I tend to buy a lot of single player games on PC. If someone has a capable PC and isn't too worried about buying the physical copy of games, PC is a great option. Many sites sell bundles of games and new games at a discount. Fanatical is probably my favorite site for that.

I like physical games but will occasionally dip my toes into digital if the sale is significant or its a game only on the PS store. You're being overly optimistic with your predictions for black friday, i would say you'd be lucky to get $20 reduction in price, PS5 titles seem to taking the Nintendo pricing route this gen with fewer reductions & longer before we see movement. @@mediaglitch yes because gamepass forces you into gamepass ultimate if you want to maintain your yearly subscription of Xbox live gold. Today's gaming require online multiplayer privileges to maximize your gaming experiences. Especially with games like battlefield call of duty and other multiplayer games.
@@mediaglitch you can't subscribe to gamepass and Xbox live gold separately. If so I'd say gamepass is a good deal. But killing off a half of year online multiplayer privileges for a gamepass subscription isn't worth it.

Picked up Two-Point Hospital Jumbo Edition and Soul Calibur 4 for cheap on one of last weeks Psstore sales, was a very good discount!
Walmart sometimes have new releases marked ten dollars less from its normal price.
