Jefferson you are one amazing human being. I love you to bits. Your control of your mind is exemplary. Thank you for sharing to help us who are trying to improve our disposition.
I needed Jefferson strategies about 20 years ago. Thank you so much Jefferson for all of your knowledge on keeping your dignity intact in any situation.
Jefferson. I am so grateful for you and what you do. I listen to you and your advice often and has and is helping me so much in my daily life. I understand the panic attack just like many others who have had them and we know how terrifying they are. Its amazing that you have shared the experience , helping others know there IS no shame to be had . Thankyou Lewis also for this interview and for being such an amazing friend . LOVE you both❤
I just watched Jefferson's great video on panic attacks in which he made a comment about the body knowing something is wrong and Dr Gabor Mates book When the body says no , came straight to mind. I was amazed to hear Jefferson mention the Body Keeps the Score, another great read by Dr Bessel van der Kolk Thank you Jefferson for your fabulous videos.
Gods said if you leave this world with one good friend you are truly blessed; I know in my heart and my beingI am blessed in so many ways. But I have yet to find one true friend the kind you are talking about. But I am still here and time will tell so to speak.
Yes the breathing thing. I discovered that I was breathing shallow for years! I had no idea but once I discovered it was very helpful. My body is always in the tensed up position. It started after my 2 yes 2 Appendix operations age 15. I am 63 on the 31 July in 2024. So 3 days! I do know what to do bc I earned black belt in kickboxing. Ugh I need a life coach.
Jefferson we love you and don’t expect you to be perfect. No one is. You and your family come first. Your well being comes first. Listen to some of your own advice. Breathe. Create an imaginary waste basket where all irrational thoughts belong. ❤
