Love this!!! It’s beautiful! I don’t think my husband and I plus our son would’ve been approved for this huge home. Im looking at the toddler room like dang our room is about half that size. 😭😅

My wife and I just got approved for a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath there at Aero Ridge. Ironically I’ve watched this video so many times and we ended up getting this exact floor plan. I’ll be PCS’ing there in a couple weeks. I would like to ask, how is it there with your neighbors so close? When they gave us our address, we googled it and wasn’t too happy about it being a duplex
Welcome to the neighborhood 😁Honestly, we have no issues with the shared wall. The only potential issue is parking (like all military housing 🤦🏾♀️) for the most part atleast on our street, we park in front of our house. Only have had a few instances of another car being parked in front of the house. I never see my neighbors and don't hear them unless I'm in my washroom and the garage goes up. In VA housing our townhouse was in the middle of 6 and we never heard those neighbors either. But Va was a lot different we would all see eachother all the time and have street potlucks lol 😆 and parking was a nightmare.
We are getting there on the march 3rd and we got approved for a 4 bedroom and 2/1 bath .. thank you for your video how do yall like it so far there? im preagnant too and we have 2 little girls and hopping our kids like the new home
Hey welcome to the area, it's really nice. We like it alot. I love the amount of tot lots and how close it is to everything. I was nervous about my 2yr old adjusting to a new home but he quickly showed us this is his home lol. And congratulations on your new edition.🎊🎉 this neighborhood is really quiet and parking is decent compared to other housing we have lived in.

@@LisandraLofties congratulations 🎊 👣that is so exciting 😍 and we were 36 weeks pregnant when we moved here 39 weeks when we moved in lol I gave birth at sharps Mary birch and I loved it. I saw west coast obgyn and can say they crossed all their T's and dotted all their I's. And transferring so late in my pregnancy made me really appreciate that.

Is aero ridge the same as Santo terrace in tierrasanta?
Each community has the same basic layouts. Only big differences to me are that Areo and orleck are like duplexes... homes only share one wall (only 2 homes attached) where Santo can have 4-6homes attached to eachother and it is a bigger community
Is the wait list for 4 bedrooms really long right now?
I have heard it is. But people are moving everyday. I would contact liberty and get on the waitlist immediately. Are you in the San Diego housing Facebook group?
