It does not rain in Vancouver 24/7 only rains from November to February and it is only drizzling not heavy rain like India. It never goes below 0 degrees in winters like rest of Canada.

That simply isn’t true, it doesn’t rain every day in Vancouver. Coastal British Columbia is considered rain forest, a designation stemming from weather born of warm ocean currents colliding with formidable mountainous terrain. Pacific storms arrive as warm moisture bombs that let go when forced to climb mountains. Tumultuous weather is seasonal, November-February are rain soaked months, but spring comes early. Vancouver summer is hot and dry, fall is reliably gorgeous and rain soaked days are a fact of life far preferable to months of sub-zero snowstorms.

One thing he's wrong about Saskatchewan is it doesn't have enough companies as other provinces have. Unfortunately, we have so many new immigrants that you will stand no chance of getting PR so easy like it was before. Be careful and do your own research. The temperature in Sask can go -55 and it's simply nasty.

I am little disagree about Quebec PR. PR is too difficult for non French speakers. as TCF test for French is having same modules like IELTS (Listening, speaking, writing reading- kaua chala Hans ki chaal aur apni chaal bhi bhool gaya ). student after completion of study in Quebec moves to other provinces because they don't want to waste work permit time to earn point for PR. and you missed to discuss about other provinces like Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, PEI & New Burnswick
Quebec has its own immigration system and does not subscribe to federal Express Entry. Quebec has its own Express Entry and favors French speakers. Starting in Fall 2024, all English college graduates must complete 5 Second Language French classes. Quebec is implementing Bill 96, forcing small companies (with 25 or more employees) to conduct businesses in French. This will have an effect in hiring (i.e., bias towards bilingual or French speaking candidates).

Since June 28, 2023, iRCC has been conducting category-based draws based on occupation and French language proficiency. IRCC identified 82 prioritized occupations (35 health; 24 STEM; 10 trade; 10 transport; 3 agriculture & agri-food). If you work in one of 82 occupations and/or know French, you enjoy lower CRS scores for ITA. For example, on 3rd Aug 2023, IRCC conducted "trade" Express Entry draw and invited 1,500 people with CRS cutoff at 388. Contrarily, if you are not in any of the 82 occupations, recent "all program" Express Entry draws had CRS cutoffs at 511, 505, and 517. You are not going to get above 500 without the help of PNP, LMIA, or French. For PNP, Ontario (OINP) is difficult as compared to other provinces. Many Ontario graduates tried to move to other provinces for PNP, but many PNP policies already changed to exclude out-of-province PGWP holders from applying certain streams.
