Notes in random order: 1. No raw foods especially raw moong sprouts 2. Best to avoid raw food in general, maybe freshly cut salad at home is ok 3. No street food at all due to questionable hygiene 4. No soft cheeses made from raw milk 5. Obese women can go through the entire pregnancy without gaining weight and have a healthy baby 6. Pregnant women should not eat for two and indulge 7. Avoid teflon cookware and air fryers 8. No green tea 9. No tea or coffee as it stops absorption of vitamins 10. Add milk , paneer, and curd in your diet. To avoid low calcium issues later. 11. Avoid high mercury fishes.
Informative though I do not agree with the information of a vegan going no vegan during pregnant. looks so biased lack of information in this regard. There are countless woman out there who take good plant based supplements and have had normal delivery, healthy baby. I wish this data is also looked at before judging. May be I will agree consumption of A2 ghee has great benefit but current commercial milk and curd is so adulterated that it’s more harmful than useful. All other information is helpful.
I made the mistake of eating street food in 1st trimester, contracted Hepatitis E n liver enzymes deranged, now I'm on full precautions to control this 😢
Don't worry. I also had Hep A during 4th month. Coz I gave in to cravings and ate roadside chaat. But by God's grace and Doctor's treatment I'm better now. Touchwood. May you recover soon.😊
The response to veganism is extremely narrow minded and came across as very judgemental. Medical and health professionals should work with the individual to support them within the constraints of their values and choices. You wouldn’t ask someone to eat beef if it was against their beliefs- even though it is a good source of “absorbable protein and iron”. I am lactose intolerant and even before that the texture of paneer made me vomit from eating it and is a big reason for me to go from vegetarian to vegan. Not to mention that animal’s lives have value too. They are not just for our benefit. There are a lot of good supplements that fill this gap- don’t fall for the fear mongering. You can have perfectly healthy pregnancy and baby despite a vegan diet.

"no tea and coffee" is bull. You are allowed to have caffeine but keep it to 200 mg a day. That's what all the doctors will tell you.
After 6 years, I am convinced and now in the 2nd trimester 😊

I am almost 3 months pregnant and I didn't know I shouldn't have eaten fish 😢😅
So what about crab or small fishes??
Don't eat sea food
you can eat fishes low in mercury like salmon, trout, tilapia, cod, sole, sardines, shrimp.
Eat fresh water fishes .. and no liver of chicken, sheep and goat.. no soda .. cut carbs .. red kullakar rice is the best
they are all fine. This video is less informative more fear mongering
Have Salmon, it's safe and in fact super healthy during pregnancy.
Amazing facts 💯
