Billy Graham didn't tell us what he thought we wanted to hear. He told us what scripture said we needed to hear. He was lead by the holy spirit. The same holy spirit that is here to lead all of us to salvation.
Christina, You wrote that 3 years ago...I pray you still have the same passion about serving the Lord. When my son was 6, we were talking about Jesus, as we often did..we were reading something about some people in the World who had never heard about the Lord... he had a full blown breakdown. He began to bawl saying how he didn’t think that was possible and how could those poor people even live? That he couldn’t even imagine having to live his life without Jesus...because He was involved in his life throughout the day. Then he asked if he could “be” 2 things when he grew up? He had always wanted to be a preacher; spreading the Lord’s Word...then said he wanted to also become a pilot- so he could fly to those places around the world, to find those who hadn’t known about the Lord and tell them how glorious Jesus is, and how much He loved them. But... Then he grew up...and then away- from the Lord...what mostly happens when one grows up- thinking they know what’s best for themselves. I prayed he would remain devout...but he isn’t in any good standing now- Trying to live his life as his own and without including the lord in it, as he happily did as a child. Its the only thing which has saddened me to my core. It would’ve been wonderful if he had just shared Jesus with people in an everyday sense in whatever he chose to do...but instead he’s fallen by the wayside, on his own. And he just can’t figure out why he’s not happy now. He was attacked spiritually and did not keep his faith strong enough to fight it off. The closer one is to the Lord...the harder the evil will attack- the evil of legions do NOT want devout Christians and will work on the most devout- giving it their best to take even the most devout down. So I will pray for you...that you still have it in your heart to share the lord with people. You don’t even have to travel to still do His work. Some, all around you, don’t even know about the Him, so you can save souls wherever you are, whatever you are doing. I pray your passion to serve God, and His Son, is still strong. 🙂🙏✝️❤️✌️
1965, I was still 7 years old. I was raised and grew up a Protestant way back on the Philippines. I attended church Sunday school. I've accepted Jesus Christ seriously as I became active in church ministry when Evangelism Explosion Ministry was introduced to our church. I didn't have an opportunity to listen to Billy Graham bcoz internet are available only to rich people there. I only get them through hand-outs being given out. And now, I'm 62 and able to watch him in TH-cam. Writing down notes about Evangelism. My heart is into FRIENDSHIP EVANGELISM. I'm presently in New York in this Covid pandemic and staying home for almost 90 days. Today my 88th. I longed to belong to a church whose mission is Evangelisn in its strictest sense of the word. I'm not content to be a mere member of the choir. I hunger for more opportunities to serve God. Thank you so much that I have watched this video. Please pray for me that God will lead me to where my heart can be used for God's greater Glory

Billy Graham was unique, one of a kind. I miss him. I miss watching his crusades on TV. But I'm glad that it was one of his televised crusades that ended up leading me to Christ and getting me saved. I wasn't physically there, but I felt like I was, because Jesus came into my heart. "Just as I am, I come, I come" Oh the sweet reality of knowing that God has everything under control, and that Jesus Christ is and always will be Lord of all.
So thankful for this message. Praying for God to bring Revival to this age. So desperately it is needed. Bring our men to lead in our churches, businesses, homes, schools, town squares, media rooms, halls of governments, etc. In the name of Jesus.

Billy Graham was unique, one of a kind. I miss him. I miss watching his crusades on TV. But I'm glad that it was one of his televised crusades that ended up leading me to Christ and getting me saved. I wasn't physically there, but I felt like I was, because Jesus came into my heart. "Just as I am, I come, I come" Oh the sweet reality of knowing that God has everything under control, and that Jesus Christ is and always will be Lord of all.

My dear old dad was saved in haringey in the 50s went home and told my mum and she was saved 7 years later then christianity swept through my family. We thank the Lord for Billy Graham. My family owe a great dept to this man. But an even greater dept to the Lord Jesus Christ

Till now I don't find such a great preacher in my life. I miss him a lot. I believe if he could have still alive many people will turn to Jesus.
