I had heard his Name but I had never heard his sermons. A few weeks ago, I started listening to it. What a shame I didn't hear it many years ago. Also to Dr. Charles Stanley, I have been listening here for a while. They are Angels of God! Blessed be God for them! Glory to his Name forever and ever! Thank God for sending us his Saints to feed his sheep. We need the Lord to continue sending us these Holy Brothers in these times and those who will come in the future. Do what is so difficult for most people to do. Regardless of where you are right now and regardless of who is there with you. Get on your knees and ask God to deliver you from the troubles that you are facing, and He will not disappoint you.

I heard him on an old TV program called "The Hour of Power" with Robert Schuller and he said that there are people all over the world who can be saved without even knowing it, or hearing of Jesus or the gospel. He said they can be saved with whatever light they have. I was shocked! That's called universalism. Wow. 🥺

Wow. I noticed in the video that people were running to the alter. They were excited and READY to accept Christ. We need Jesus now more than ever. I'm so happy I accepted Christ into my life. I must work on fully living my life as a Christian under God. There are days I fall short of his glory but the Lord still blesses me. I'm so thankful.

My health is declining but l trust my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to help me through this l know He is the Great Physician and if its His will l will get over this stroke. Please pray for me that my face will straighten up and l will be able to speak and walk good again. Unfortunately he had a false gospel message of faith plus works equals salvation. Nobody has ever been saved by repenting of their sins or giving their life to Christ. "Works "of service and have absolutely nothing to do with salvation at all. Saving repentance is admitting that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation. As a Christian my role is to show God's love and introduce people to the Gospel. Once a person has accepted Christ God progressively shows us areas of our lives needing change - by His Spirit. Hence the focus is the Gospel, since the only sin God cannot forgive is unbelief- not believing in Jesus and His work on the cross - the sole means we can be justified before God.

I'm way too young to have heard his Sermons in person but I listen to them often on here and enjoy them all, but its not him its Gods word that keeps me coming back to hear more
Christ is the head of my life. I must work on commitments to tithing , good works, spreading the gospel, going to Church more often and other aspects of my spiritual life. I have work to do. I accepted Christ as a child and throughout my adult life due to being a backslider. I pray to stay in God's grace and mercy in Jesus Name Amen.

The same thing as Richard Petty is in NASCAR. Like Hulk Hogan is in wrestling. However, he tops all of them. He has been around for about 50 years! Richard Petty? 30. Hulk Hogan? Maybe 40. Everyone has sinned and come short of God's standard but God loves us all anyway. He is willing to forgive us of ALL sins and give us eternal life. Jesus came to pay your sin debt for you on the cross. Nobody deserves it and no one can earn it; it's a gift from God who wants to have a close personal relationship with you. God has a plan for your life and loves you more than you can imagine. He alone can break the chains of sin and remove the guilt you carry. He wants you to have an abundant life not a defeated one. :)

Wow. I noticed in the video that people were running to the alter. They were excited and READY to accept Christ. We need Jesus now more than ever.
I'm so happy I accepted Christ into my life. I must work on fully living my life as a Christian under God. There are days I fall short of his glory but the Lord still blesses me. I'm so thankful.

Unfortunately he had a false gospel message of faith plus works equals salvation.
Nobody has ever been saved by repenting of their sins or giving their life to Christ.
"Works "of service and have absolutely nothing to do with salvation at all.
Saving repentance is admitting that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.

Your love for the Lord is very clear. May He continue to bless you in your life. 🌸You are right- none is perfect...but One...that Person is Jesus. As a Christian my role is to show God's love and introduce people to the Gospel. Once a person has accepted Christ God progressively shows us areas of our lives needing change - by His Spirit. Hence the focus is the Gospel, since the only sin God cannot forgive is unbelief- not believing in Jesus and His work on the cross - the sole means we can be justified before God.

I grew up listening to this preacher. My children and grandchildren have too. He preaches in the most simplistic way, a young child can understand him
That's the best kind. To spread the Message correctly. Do not get me wrong: Joel and Victoria Osteen do it too. But, not like Billy Graham! He's a legend in the religious world. The same thing as Richard Petty is in NASCAR. Like Hulk Hogan is in wrestling. However, he tops all of them. He has been around for about 50 years! Richard Petty? 30. Hulk Hogan? Maybe 40. (I don't know). But, Billy is a major force in pastoral groups.

Everyone has sinned and come short of God's standard but God loves us all anyway. He is willing to forgive us of ALL sins and give us eternal life. Jesus came to pay your sin debt for you on the cross. Nobody deserves it and no one can earn it; it's a gift from God who wants to have a close personal relationship with you. God has a plan for your life and loves you more than you can imagine. He alone can break the chains of sin and remove the guilt you carry. He wants you to have an abundant life not a defeated one. :)
