This is absolutely perfect makeover.I wouldn't like this piece in the original brown color but what you did was incredible. It looks like a furniture from fairytales. I loove it! Good job.

I watched this video years ago! The first video of hers that I watched was the blue & black buffet makeover. It touched my soul and took my breath away! I was gobsmacked!! Then I watched this video, and have been a huge fan of hers since!! Kacha has a God-given talent and I feel honored to be able to watch her paint and also watch her pod casts!! @@KachaFurniture Could you say roughly how long this project took you to finish? I'm thinking about doing a similar color scheme for my buffet and china cabinet.
I made over an entire bedroom set of Drexel Heritage circ 1970 into an intricate Moroccan theme using chalk paint. I wish I'd kept track of the the actual hours I'd worked on it.... It tooks Months on nights and weekends!! They were sentimental old family pieces that I did for the guest room in my own house. I have another beautiful old intricate French Provincial bedroom set made by Hickory Manufacturing that l just picked. Watching the video of the process of you painting this gorgeous hutch has inspired me to try graphite as a base instead of dark wax to pop the details. Thank you!! Keep up the beautiful work!!

This is beautiful I loved rho combo of the blue w the graphite but combining leaving the red wood dark. Stain in some areas I love the colors od rhe paint job mixed with areas of the wood stain look that red ish black orginal color wood really appealed to my eye mixed with some areas painted in the colors/way you did. So beautifully
Regardless what in my opinion .. nothing wrong or off ser out of pace in end result. Its beautiful either way
