So....you're specifically selling to all the new people coming in? What are you doing to help the actual puertorican people? Is this architect you hired a local architect? Are you using local labor? How many people are you employing? None since you're importing labor from Arizona. If you are employing people, are you offering benefits? Pto? Health insurance? A liveable wage or starvation wages? Are you on the side flipping smaller more economic houses to sell to the people in the island for fair prices so that you can build up the local economy? What are you doing as a newcommer to help the people thrive the same way you're thriving instead of just exploiting our island for your own profit?
Oh absolutely nothing. Dude made a whole other video just talking about how great it is that he doesn't have to pay any taxes with this whole scheme. it's all about him and his profits. He doesn't care about the locals or their economy in the slightest

That's the biggest irony and biggest tragedy...puertoricans, we are a people of deep feeling and love for nature, for people, for culture...if the gringos just genuinely came to the island and just said help us help you so we can all coexist justly and peacefully dude puertoricans would roll out the warmest welcome. It could be beautiful but...mostly due to money and greed and need for power but sometimes also because of a sense of superiority and unfortunately sometimes r a c i s m, they just won't. Maybe they only know how to colonize and hurt....they don't understand what it is to be in community or to live for and with others, instead of only for yourself and your own individual power and money. Individuality is a virus and it's all just... sad.
Also P. S. Just in general I wanted to clarify something, I promise you, the word gringo is a term of endearment and has been for ever. It's similar to the word "dude" in that it's very neutral, more just a general name and it matters what inflection you put on it and the context of what you're using it in. For example, I have so many gringos in my life that I love, respect, admire. It's neutral but in this instance it's a term of endearment, obviously not an insult. Now if someone is screaming it at you, it doesn't suddenly become r a c i s t, it just becomes a "this effing dude" type of deal. Dude is neutral, except when being used like this. Hope this helps clarify the meaning of the word.

Actually you fucking do need more people. How do you not know this and live in PR? The population loss is a big part of why Puerto Rico is a mess. Less people means a lower tax base which makes servicing the debt impossible. It also means an aging population putting stress on a health care system while people move out. You should be kissing the feet of guys like this in the video begging for more people like him to move to PR.

Rich people buying up whole neighborhoods is part of what is keeping some Americans from owning properties. It would only take a handful of rich people to buy all of the real estate and then we would all be screwed. Like f* Bill Gates buying up all that farm land. Who the F* needs all that farmland? (4)Nope, not kissing anyone's feet. (5) Nope again, not going to beg anyone to move to PR. :).

I have a beautiful two floor income house in Luquillo Puerto Rico i have been trying to take a loan on it so I can start flipping properties for profit 📈 both home I own I flipped them and dramatically increased there value by double but I leave my New York one and the top part of the Puerto Rico one as well the down stairs is rented out I wish my credit was higher then 545 and 560 so I could borrow against my equity but in PR the bank don't do HELOC loans wish there was a lander out there being that I have workers and all my tools out there plus I'm extremely knowledgeable of the ins and out of flipping in PR
Does Puerto Rico honor the contractors license from their state? I'm guessing Puerto Rico is more lineant on their requirements for permits and licenses?

Its crazy the amount of properties in Puerto Rico that don't even get on the market in hot pay areas and the cheap prices are insane I can flip homes in PR for a leaving thats for sure

houses a few years ago that were 250k in pr are now 95k, land is cheap..you can find homes but not gated hoods like you want haha. you'll fine alot in puerto rico..and the west coast is the real beautiful PR..he lives in the metro area.. ive held off because with covid was terrible to live or visit here..as they say the rich will take from the poor..puerto rico is a beautiful place.. i lived there on/off throughout the years..i plan to settle down there in the future, its much to do, you will never be bored..but for the average joe to make a living its terrible..but i ant average no more..i believe in the future pr with be wealthy but only with outside money coming in like this. not tourism but actual americans moving and opening shop..i just hope pr dont lose it culture in the process, its all about culture.. but it probably will, you cant have your cake and eat it too! just the hospitals are bad and the police anit like the states! so dont visit the ghettos or party in reggeton areas and you'll be fine

@@FlippingMastery most Puerto Ricans had to make sacrifices to buy a home before people like you started to move to our island to avoid taxes (because that’s the only reason you’re here) and when colonizers like you started buying homes just to resell them at a much higher price it has become nearly impossible, if not impossible, for the average Puerto Rican to buy a home in our own island. If you’re contributing to anything it is to see more homeless Puerto Ricans or displacing us and destroying our natural resources to build shitty homes and hotels. So no, you aren't making it better
I'd suggest you to start donating to the corrupt PNP/PPD parties (people like you got the current governor elected) because if either the PIP or MVC wins the 2024 election your precious Act 22 and other tax evasions laws will be gone and you'll be forced to flee to your next tax heaven. 😝

Doesn’t matter how many houses you flip. Matters your tax bracket. I’m in the highest tax bracket.
