I 100% understand the feeling because I’m pivoting too. Last time I went to Hermès my SA said something that totally thrown me off. It just became clear that I will always have to spend a ton to get a bag and I’m done. I’m in the US and it’s becoming more and more insane by the day. I have 4 quota bags and if I ever want an other, I’m going pre loved, even more now that the prices went down. But like you said, when enough is enough? I think, I’m there now. I went to LV and got a bag, it was soooooo refreshing to me to try on all kind of bags and pick the one I loved. I was, gosh I almost forgot how it is to just get exactly what you want. 😂😂😂
Yeah it’s definitely feeling like a kidney will have to be sold in order to get a bag and from my understanding is that the US market is cutthroat 😭 and 4 quotas is amazing indeed 🙌🏾. Oh I had the same sentiments when I went to Bottega last month, it felt liberating 😝 and I love it here 🙌🏾

We are all here for YOU and you're not losing anyone, darling. We all need to learn to pivot in life. My H journey has been long and at my pace. It may be at a turtle's Pace at times but it definitely was at my pace and I got to dictate the terms and conditions of my journey. I have been told that I have the patience of a saint😂 but I never allowed myself to fall into the trap of purchasing things I didn’t absolutely love and never felt the pressure to purchase something in the hopes of getting a quota bag. The quota offers came regardless and the special orders too but it was done at my pace and never allowed myself to be pressured by anyone. Good for you for recognizing that you too had to pivot to do what was RIGHT FOR YOU. If any brand or designer house changes the rules of a game, or it's just not fun anymore for whatever reason, than maybe it's time to reflect on what truly brings us joy. My joy comes from moving at a turtle's 🐢 pace and getting what I want on my timing. 😊
I love the turtle pace analogy and it really makes me reflect that that’s a great way to move especially with H. I had to take the step back to really think about what is important and with little kids and the everyday ordeals +work+mental health+ working out 😂 it’s a lot ! No worries! You aren’t going to loose me! I have no boutique so I end up overpaying on Preloved anyway! I figure that I’m paying what I would have spent on other things to build a purchase history…. And with no boutique, there’s no chance of a special order. I will say that it would make more sense to offer quota bags to new customers and keep the special orders for long term clients. I enjoy watching you regardless of Hermes, Chanel, other lux brands or simply life in general!!! 🥰

I don't know if it's the same in the US, at least locally I have never gotten a quota bag after almost 3 years at my store, and my SA has NEVER responded positively about me asking for anything beyond that, like a SO or a bag in box. So... I just don't know if I'll ever get a bag at all, much less a SO.
@JaciraDeMatos It's the location- SUUUPER competitive and doesn't seem to get much stuff allocated to them. I love my SA, I just don't have a lot of hope getting anything from here but it's the only one anywhere nearby.
The Hermes shopping experience is beyond frustrating, and it's time to shed light on just how manipulative it can be. Picture yourself standing before a mirror, realizing that you're being played like a puppet by sales assistants who, despite their own financial limitations, act as though they hold divine judgment over your worthiness to own a bag. It's downright disturbing and, frankly, it verges on the grotesque how much importance is placed on a mere accessory. I've come to terms with the fact that I don't need to possess it all, and I say this with conviction. The stress, anxiety, and utter lack of respect from customer service make this whole experience toxic. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. It's time to challenge the status quo and demand better treatment in the world of luxury retail. So girl I am with you 100%

Not at all, I’m in Madrid temporarily and got the Constance fairly quickly. I’m not a huge YT to be honest nor have a very larger social media presence therefore I don’t think it’d matter but you never know…im just happy to rest on my journey ☺️ and get to see more people experience special orders ☺️
