    Do we have to buy again same number of shares or same amount originally invested. Because in case of loss buying only same number of shares (and not same amount invested) may give lesser returns when share price increases. Please suggest

    However to buy delivery based shares you need to have money/funds in account on that day. In case funds are not available ,then what to do?

      That order breaks the LTCG chain by doing Buy and sell... The law says any equity holding greater than a year will be considered as Long term and liable for LTCG... To save that high LTCG we r doing this.

    Sir G, Jo log Abhi Tax Slab me nahi aate, Unko Bhi LTCG, STCG dena pdta hai ????

    • @balwant1953
      @balwant1953 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      No.If your total income ie salary,rent,ltcg,stcg ,other income etc is less than taxable income, then you don't have to worry about ltcg.stcg.

    TAx harvesting makes so sense to me. You are just delaying your tax by a couple of years, right? How is it saving your amount? In fact, it may happen that in the Future the tax% increases and u will end up paying more taxes

      1 lakh exemption sirf long term capital gains par milta h. Sort term me sab taxable hoga wo bhi 15% pe.
