l am coming to Minneapolis at the end of this month. What is the best viewing area as l can only see the MSP aircraft viewing area which looks like a carpark?
this is so cool hey quick question where else do you plane spotting besides the aircraft viewing area and how often do you think 777 or 747 or a350s land at msp desperate for answers
sorry for seeing this so late, I like to go to Taff park, lost spur country club and Terminal 1 parking ramp. UPS sends daily 747's most of the year, air france and KLM both send 777's every once in a while ( Air France sends more usually). For A350's they were pretty regular before the pandemic, but now we only really see delta's when they are on rare equipment swaps. Fingers crossed that we can get them back when routes to Asia come back
Hey great shots! Question: I was wondering what spot you were at, specifically the one at 23:51 it looks like a great advantage point, and I’m sure if I go there some day, I could get some really good shots. I really like the angle.
I'm curious about the United 777 taking off from a non-hub airport. I would sure love to know where it was going and where it came from.
It was a sports charter :)
Yea that’s unusual for MSP. We get the occasional United 757, but nothing ever bigger than that unless for a special occasion.

It's such a shame to see the A330's replacing the 767's. The 767's are such a beautiful design and the A330's are an eye sore.
You might be alone on that one bud, they’re both amazing

As of the time of this comment, regular A350 service has returned at MSP. There is multiple daily A350 movements

that's likely the "cell phone waiting area" on Post Rd
yep, you can walk down the road a little to see the touchdown and get away from the fence
After watching this video I feel like the Twin Cities has been invaded by France. Holy smokes was there a lot of Air France in the video.
They stopped service last summer but, they are coming back so expect some more! lol
When was all of this taken?
These were all taken in the summer of 2021
