Excellent tips , I mainly use 5w charger and sometimes a 12w charger because I understand it is after all a battery which is going deteriorate after a specific period of time.

I heard that charging from about 40% to 90% maintains battery health and above or below that affects battery the most.
Its actually 20% to 80% practically but technically if you can keep it moving around 50% its the most least degrading level. That means you charge till 60% and use till 40% or charger till 70% and use till 30% it's best for battery. Basically if you use your battery from 20 to 80% it will it will sustain 2 to 2.5 times more cycles and and if you use 40 to 60 you will have 8 to 10 times more cycles as per research but 20% to 80% is practical in smartphones.

almost 5% battery degraded… right now today 95% only battery…
I used only apple 20W charger 🔌 never use overnight charging. Or on screen time average 5-6hr. Never battery goes below 20% or above 90% 🔋 charging…
