I bought this LP ("Total Union") in the 70's , when I was a budding Hippy. Still love it, though Hippydom is far behind me now. A great xmas song, and very prophetic - "are we so shallow and tight, 'cause their skins are not white? ... take heed a word of warning, we'll see one fateful morning, .... they'll swim to our sandy shores, we gotta open our doors!"
I had the hit single of the Destiny song , the flip side was good too. I met the drummer “Rags” on the Central Coast and he very kindly gave me one of his harmonicas. Gday Rags if you’re reading this.
Honestly, GTK is the best show Australian television has ever created.

+Ian Weeks yes as a gen xer watching this is so quaint. Good rock blues but the message doesn't resonate with me.
