Just rotate the largest middle main board section 90 degrees and it covers the loose pieces much better. :)

Looks good, getting my copy hopefully in just a couple days. I think the card size is 54 x 86 mm, and Sleeve Kings has sleeves named "North Sea" Compatible Card Sleeves made for the card. I have a few of their games, but haven't gotten or tried sleeves for any before this new one so don't know yet how they fit.
Shem put up an unboxing and reboxing video I think 7 months ago, I think you did everything about the same.
