Coming from his sister I can truly say he is the REAL DEAL! Great man inside and out ♥️ Also, I hate him for getting ALL the creative talent...I could have gotten something! Whatever, I’m not bitter 💁♀️♥️♥️♥️ Can’t wait for you to take me on the boat!
That boat is going to be worth a lot of money when you're done buddy, I hope you enjoy the heck out of it. The wife and I love our pontoon boat they are so much fun.
A little trick I learned a long time ago is to use white household vinegar to prep galvanized metal for painting, it's a lot cheaper than prep spray. Great job on the rebuild.
Looks awesome all the way to the end until you show that wiring at the rear going from the lights to the vertical lights (11:56). You should get some black wire loom and some zip ties and clean it up. would make it look so much better. Great work! Can't wait for the next episode.
@@theupscriber65 he could but It would be a lot easier to just to loom it and zip tie it. then if you ever have any issue with the wires its easy to get at.
My dad and I just completely rebuilt (and powder coated) our 4 ski jetski trailer and as soon as you said, "Doesn't seem like much but its definitely gonna take some time" at 1:56 I had vietnam flashbacks of the struggles we went through cause I thought that same thing when we started and a few months later we're still chasing imperfections here and there 😂. Looks great black though! I wanted to go black but my dad kept it white.
Looks like new, great job! Pickup some bearing buddies and never worry about locking up a wheel, just do not overfill them and blowout a seal. Keep bringing the great rebuild videos. You are a true artist and a craftsman what a great combination!
The PVC uprights rotate around the stanchion poles when you load your boat on the trailer, so the lights you put on them may prevent them from turning. Enjoy your channel and your boat is going to be KOOOOOOOL
Looks amazing! Thanks for trying things your viewers suggest. Even when they don't work you've tried many things so we don't have to. Please keep the videos coming!
Outstanding job on that trailer Captain. Ya gonna make the other Captains envious when you show up to launch your boat. I am kinda surprised you didn't install an electric remote controlled winch tho.
Great job, it looks fantastic. Two things (not criticisms!) but . . . 1. For a little (more?) contrast, I would've painted the coupler silver/gray to try to match the winch & jack, and 2. Maybe the new ones were cheap & maybe the old ones weren't salvageable, but I would've tried to save the old wheels by sanding, priming, painting & clear coating them. Breathing new life into a trailer many, if not most, would've given up on is awesome!
You did an AWESOME job on the trailer. I found this series from a good friend of mine. We’re both talking about pontoon boats. He told me about you. Loving the content so far!
I like what you did with the bunks, it seems like a lot of trailers come with bunks that don't go all the way to the bowstop, For a homemade boat I am planning I'm looking to make them as long as possible. This video helps a lot, thanks :)
Great personal energy and video work. I really like the fore thought you put into the transition shots with swoop downs and finger snaps. Going to steal some of your techniques for my house renovation "before and afters".
Did you replace the U Bolts holding the Axel to the springs? Mine looked good until I smacked them with a hammer and they shattered into rusty junk.Thats the only thing holding the Axel in place I was surprised to learn. I use 316 Stainless Steel everywhere I can.
I gotta say this is one of the better pontoon builds on TH-cam. I love your work and you style your going for. This is coming out great keep it up you are definitely making me want one.
In reference to your content. I really like that you video the process on one thing, and just make the other "happen". Also you speed things up to keep the viewers engaged. I watched a guy yesterday spend 20 minutes sanding his cars interior at normal speed. Finally I had to fast forward just to get through it. Good job!
Excellent job , very skillful, very hard working . You have an outstanding eye for detail and design in all your projects, it's a pleasure to view, thank you. Regards Gareth Wiltshire UK. Gratitude. Quality. Respect.
I like the color and your editing is getting better and better. But I still think you should disassemble everything before painting. It's just few bolts to do it properly.
Awesome work on the trailer. It should serve you well for many years before you need to consider it again. Also, love the t-shirt and art project on the side. You're a very creative person Keep up the great work.
I believe the tongue jack mount should be rotated 90 degrees so the bolts on the frame. The weight of the boat will make the tongue jack mount move. Happen to me. Nice Channel to have going. Good Luck.
I have absolutely loved every episode of this rebuild and I’m very impressed by your skills as a young man!! Keep the fire pit and ignore the haters, people have gas grills on pontoons all the time to cook on, if you’re careful it’s all good 🤗
Not 100% better, 1MIL% !! I was hoping for some nice aluminum rims for the trailer to go with the black frame. Can't wait to see the rest of the pontoon boat.
Great job Zack! I’ve been following the whole project can’t wait to see the final results. I am following you from Mexico we own a pontoon boat as well, it is an excellent option to cruise with friends & family.
It’s crazy to think that you don’t have at least a million plus subs with the wicked good content the crazy transitions and the quality builds keep up the good work
Coming from his sister I can truly say he is the REAL DEAL! Great man inside and out ♥️
Also, I hate him for getting ALL the creative talent...I could have gotten something! Whatever, I’m not bitter 💁♀️♥️♥️♥️
Can’t wait for you to take me on the boat!
He seems like a great guy, very talented and humble!
That boat is going to be worth a lot of money when you're done buddy, I hope you enjoy the heck out of it. The wife and I love our pontoon boat they are so much fun.
Looks good, Molly a sweetie, you might think about putting reflected tape down the side for extra safety. I think it is a law too. Not sure
Ur gonna go so far on TH-cam ur content is awesome man
He is so good at entertaining

Maybe run the wires inside the frame?
@@theupscriber65 he could but It would be a lot easier to just to loom it and zip tie it. then if you ever have any issue with the wires its easy to get at.
Molly! What a tough little floof
Putting the tread strip over where you cross left from right makes me so happy to see. A lot of people wipe out stepping over that
Man!!! I hate so much when your videos end!!! You leave me wanting to see more all the time!! Great Work!!!!!
Such a chilled guy. Greetings from South Africa.

I love all the cut scenes to finished product! It balances so well with the time lapse
Looks great. My recommendation would be add some wire loom on the wires going into the vertical pipes to give it a more finished look.
Good job. Wear. A. Mask. When you're sanding and spray painting!!!
Looks great. I’d recommend adding some protective wire tube to the rear wires to tidy up them up.
I’m planning to... just didn’t have any handy at that moment.
Going to look great with the black bottom paint on the pontoons.
Trailer turned out great. 👍🏼
Looks like new, great job! Pickup some bearing buddies and never worry about locking up a wheel, just do not overfill them and blowout a seal. Keep bringing the great rebuild videos. You are a true artist and a craftsman what a great combination!
Some of the best TV I’ve watched! Great job bud
Great job on the trailer. It should serve it's purpose for a long time.
Awesome job on the trailer! Anxious to see the boat finished.

Nice Work men! Greetings from Argentina!
Excellent job Zach! Always a treat to see what you are working on. Keep up the great job you are doing and you will be at 100k soon!

I love watching you. Inspirational. Good to see you are wearing your safety Crocs.
I did mine with Gatorbak and it looks so much better and I will never have to worry about the carpet again, Good looking job on yours!
The boat look really good and the taller look awesome black I think your doing a good job on this boats.
Are you going to install some kind of rock guards or fenders so the bottom of the toons don't get pelted with rocks. ?
Really nice editing and nice result
Love the style of the boat
Always look forward to your videos. I'm itching to see the results. Keep up the great work.
Wow that trailer looks brand new great job!
I wasn’t sure about the black. But it came out real nice. Great job 👍
Turned out great! Awesome project so far. I can`t wait to see the pontoon completed! Following from Brazil!
Your videos are great
Outstanding work as always Zak.
Great personal energy and video work. I really like the fore thought you put into the transition shots with swoop downs and finger snaps. Going to steal some of your techniques for my house renovation "before and afters".
What an amazing transformation! It looks fantastic!
Did you replace the U Bolts holding the Axel to the springs? Mine looked good until I smacked them with a hammer and they shattered into rusty junk.Thats the only thing holding the Axel in place I was surprised to learn. I use 316 Stainless Steel everywhere I can.

Nicely done!
Done watching and.....Wow.....just...WOW. Looks so incredibly good.

Maybe a blue pinstripe down the black rails to make it pop. Looks awesome though. Nice job!
I like the color and your editing is getting better and better. But I still think you should disassemble everything before painting. It's just few bolts to do it properly.
trailer turned out pretty well. Good work.
That black trailer will make the black on bottom of pontoons look good while trailering!
Awesome work on the trailer. It should serve you well for many years before you need to consider it again. Also, love the t-shirt and art project on the side. You're a very creative person Keep up the great work.
Another great vid. Can't wait to see the pontoon finished.Your dog is awesome too!
Looks FANTASTIC great job
Thanks for sharing! Will you do a cost breakdown at the end of this if we wanted to do a similar project?
Looks good brother! keep up the good work

Trailer looks great!! It's definitely going to be hot in our Florida heat!
Now I can’t Wait till the boat is done
Looks great buddy!
Looks really good!
Zack please post soon!!!! I can’t wait!!!!
You’re good at making things look new. Great work
Should cover the wires at the back end with a jacket. It will help make them last way longer. Great overall job!
Nice work, came up really well. As other mentioned tidy up the wiring with some protective wrap. 🇦🇺
Looks great, good job
Looks amazing, great job.
That was a great video man, you wouldn't know it was the same trailer!
Looks fantastic! And the intros are getting better too!
Great job dude, looks really great.
Loving this series. Looking great so far
I like the black so far! Just don’t go to crazy with black on the pontoon itself, it will get crazyyyyy hot out on the water
I believe the tongue jack mount should be rotated 90 degrees so the bolts on the frame. The weight of the boat will make the tongue jack mount move. Happen to me. Nice Channel to have going. Good Luck.

Not 100% better, 1MIL% !! I was hoping for some nice aluminum rims for the trailer to go with the black frame. Can't wait to see the rest of the pontoon boat.
Awesome Zac,
You're Rockin it bro
Turned a $500 piece of junk into a $3000 pontoon boat trailer.
Xcellent
Looks great. Wish I was there to see it in person.
Great job Zack! I’ve been following the whole project can’t wait to see the final results. I am following you from Mexico we own a pontoon boat as well, it is an excellent option to cruise with friends & family.
Dude is so talented 💯
Great work young man keep up the passion and doing you and don’t take the bad comments to heart your doing great can’t wait to see what comes next
Trailer looks amazing. Now I want to finish mine.
I'm gonna need to give Molly some pupper snuggles!
We're getting ready to buy our first tritoon!
You do a great job editing. Keep up the good work!
It’s crazy to think that you don’t have at least a million plus subs with the wicked good content the crazy transitions and the quality builds keep up the good work
Looks great! Keep up the great work! Ur doing an awesome job. Love the T-shirt. Totally the South Florida style in that shirt. Gotta get me a few.
great job man, attention to detail that you have is great!!!
You did a great job! Cover that vertical light wiring.
Something you might want to think about for the wiring is extension cords. Cut the ends off. They come in colors and rated for outdoor use.
Maybe put some ground effect lighting under the trailer? Or even under the flor, between the pontoons. Light up the water around the boat at night!
Love your channel! Great content... really impressed with the work, and your creative editing style adds to the entertainment value! Awesome!
Oh and that Trailer looks great, Good job, fun video
guy, you do really great work man. keep it up bud !!!
love the vids bro.
Well we can see who's the star Molly what a sweetie
Great job but you should have used black wire loom as well, for the clean stealth look👊🏼
