The irony is that the moment that they attacked the hotel afterwards they not only lost but one of them died and the other is permanently injured. The latter would then force-turn to the queen of hell to solve the problem, which goes against everything about them being winners and the other being losers. It will get worse when one of them, Lute, learns that she and Adam indirectly caused the rules to change due to their sloppiness, arrogance, and pride.
I find it funny that after the sinners accepting to being losers and making a perfect-on-point-selfironic-song about it, the angels are making fun of them by dropping an totally unserious song. They sometimes aren't using rhymes at the end of their lines and just ignoring it when the beat give hints to end a part. Their almost mocking this beat with their layed-back-flow-changes and it sound's still good and it's also quite funny.
