Yeah there are so many things to take into account before doing some kind of app, in my case I have to invest money in a custom domain ( and also its 'corporate' email), custom smtp, a hosting, a service where you store your images like cloudinary, all legal fees you have to pay before setting up your business, and that's not even the development side of your app.. like the design/ux, the logic, validation, authentication, security, database, testing, back ups, ci/cd, etc
Many of those things are not needed for a minimum viable product. Sure you need those in an established business where everything is gotta be industry standard but for a (first) personal project, you don’t need to worry about that
Man every time I want to crack into coding it makes me so sleepy. I think its low key overwhelming my brain just attempting to follow projects even in short videos. They all make me fried, and I get instantly bored. The idea sounds fun, but the action is a pain.
OH, ok now i understand that makes sense! 0:52 | | \/ So you expect me, to use online tools to make a software for me to make a software operating system like windows ok ok.... the operating system is what gives me the internet access tho T^T, T^T I CANT GET ADMINSTRATOR BACK ON MY PC FROM MY MOM, UNLESS I MAKE A NEW OPERATING SYSTEM MYSELF T^T. (SRRY Im just gwumpy T^T)
If I wanted to make a good software just for my own personal use Loadabke on a usb preferably or something of the sort (a usb storage device) where when I plug it in I can open a menu that allows me to A: Browse video files B: play files list a play list C: shuffle files and play all files from all separate files if that makes sense D: allow me to separate all files in there own individual files
Sorry, but your video only talks about large teams. The moment you create a Kanban board, you already need someone to manage it, track it, etc. Small startups, or individuals who build small projects just don't have the time to do that. And it creates overhead that customers don't really care about. Trust me, the moment you put a manager on a project, he/she will swallow a whole lot of time by calling for meetings, measuring, preaching best practices, and otherwise wasting valuable time. But, you video has done one good thing - it made it clear to me why individuals and small teams should NEVER, EVER write software the way you suggest. So, I will come up with something specifically for audience that addresses the issues above.
Those kanban boards don’t have to be elaborate, do they don’t require much time and they are worth the time for keeping track about the progress/ workflow

I think that if your project is really small, you don't need a dedicated person to manage a Kanban board.
