Ya having a ring budget can be difficult. If you want to build a KMS fleet, saving 2 rings for FDG and Roon seems like a good option. Always remember to pick up the ring sale that Yostar grants us every now and then (2 rings for 980 gems). Also, Stl and Zara should be performing well. What level are they? Heavy Cruisers only start to be effective when maxxed out.

It really depends on your dock and what ships you have available (assuming you want to oath ships to improve the team rather than to get a skin or boost your favorite - if that's the case go right ahead). You can upload pictures of your dock on my discord if you want more personalized advice. Otherwise, in general both Belfast and Enterprise are good ships with oath skins and worth a ring.
You need to expand you 1st floor fulling to gain access to your 2nd floor. If you are talking about 1st floor slots (different), then those translate to more spots on the 2nd floor as well so I'd go with opening 2 (4 total) for F2P players.
My ship oath ship loses affection without me knowing. Her morale is definitely high. I use her only in Suren operation and lately in Map12-13. I never push this fleet more than 3-4 runs and no ship ever sunk. Any anyone have any idea why the affection is decreased?

It depends. Generally you should oath the 6 ships you use the most. Technically if you are wanting to be top tier you should oath the best ships in the game. However many players oath their favorite ships or ships they want to improve (bring up to higher tier from lower tier) or just to get a cool looking oath skin. So depending on how you play decides your prioritization. Tl;dr oath the ships you use the most
I would also note that as the power creep enters the game, if you are limited on the number of rings you have (on a budget), then saving rings for future ships might be advised. Side note, you have 4 days left on the 2 ring pack in the shop (so take this if you have the gems and are short on rings).
I would just any common ship to enhance her (DDs the best). If you mean like ships in fleet to grind. Just put just barely weak enough ships to clear the content but allow Z23 to get the MVP.

Subs are super hard to get affinity for. You definitely want to take advantage of those passive gains (secretary and dorm). But man getting to 200 is a struggle of trying to waste oil to use them over and over again.

Yes (unless they are the new daily auto complete). In short, turning on the auto battle button doesn't affect where they gain affinity or not. If the battle would normal give you affinity, then turning on auto will change that.
Yes leave her as leftmost secretary to slowly gain affinity. This is capped at 90 so once you hit 90 having her as secretary wont do anything (best to switch to a different ship). You then have to use dorm or battle to gain the additional amount.
Riddle me this. Subs. Got one to 90 as Secretary, doesnt really increase after that. (I swear I have subs set to automatically activate in my auto battles but it doesn't seem very consistent...)
You can get as many rings as you are willing to pay for with gems (premium currency). Depending how you spend your free gems, F2P players can tend to field about 6 oathed ships. I have a gem video that goes more in depth about the F2P gem budget.

I mean it depends on your dorms buffs and how hard you grind. A tryhard can get in done in a day or 2. Most diligent people take about a week or 2 though. Could be longer if you aren't active.
Put them as the left most secretary and the first floor of the dorm. After a bit of time there (when affinity hits 90), move them out and use them in battle. tl;dr version

Using a retrofitted version of any of the starters is pretty good too (Laffey is probably the best, but they are all good). Youll want 2 good CVs for Hard Modes. Akaga fleets are fine, but you can also get others good CVs from general build pool (Enterprise/Centaur). A barrage BB is very useful, almost every exclusive event carries ones. So just use the 1st 1 you can get your hands on.
You only gain affection from the left-most secretary. That affection gain is capped at 90. Thus, an oathed ship (affection=100-200), cannot gain affection from being a secretary.
The maximum you can receive from that method. For example the game maximum affinity (cap) is 200, but without a ring it is 100 and 90 is the highest it can go by being a secretary alone.

Nope it runs on the server timer. So you can set the secretary and come back 2 weeks later for her to be at 90 affinity.
